I had water damage on my laptop, and Michael took the time to thoroughly inspect and diagnose the issue. His expertise really shines through, and his quick turnaround time--just 2-3 days--was impressive. The diagnostic fee is $75 in cash (there is a small card fee, so it's worth bringing cash if you'd like to save a little), but it's totally worth it for the level of service you get. My repairs were $200 total so it was very reasonable. One thing I really appreciate is his customer-first attitude. After fixing my laptop, I ran into a minor issue, and Michael was quick to address it, honoring the 30-day warranty without hesitation. He genuinely cares about helping people and providing top-notch service. I highly recommend Michael for anyone needing computer repair--he's skilled, professional, and truly dedicated to making sure his customers are happy.

Brought my laptop in to have a new keyboard installed, during this visit the repair shop attempted to upsell me on virus removal as well. Pricing is rather high, especially for certain repairs such as virus removal that can be easily done at home. Repair time took two months; delays were largely a result of the incorrect part being shipped twice, blame being put on the parts provider, but it felt like progress was made on the repair only after contacting them about it. When I received my laptop back, I found I had been upgraded to Windows 11 without my consent, despite the repair having nothing to do with the Operating System. Despite that, I was happy with the repair... until two months later, when I discovered that the whole back cover for my laptop was sliding off because the 5 screws holding it in place (3 internal, 2 external) were completely missing. When contacted, the repair shop denied all responsibility despite stating previously that the whole laptop had to be taken apart for the repair, and was very passive aggressive in shifting the blame onto me and claiming it would be a new repair to have it fixed. All in all, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

These guys were great. Knowledgeable, neighborhood friendly kinda people, and didn't talk to me…read morelike I was an idiot! My HP laptop was DRAGGING.. it is 5 years old when I took it in. They replaced the hardware with some superman ish and it is lightning fast!!! The price point was great and I didn't feel robbed. It feels like new...now I just need to replace my battery.

So after reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to bring my precious laptop here for a quick fix…read more When I called Sal and describe to him what my issue was, he was able to give me a pretty good diagnoses (I'm pretty good with computers myself and I was thinking it was the same thing but needed that second opinion) over the phone and an estimate of what it's going to cost. He wasn't in by the time I went to the store but he had his buddies there watching the store until he got back. They were funny! like buddies from the neighborhood that act like they've known you forever. I had to keep calling up to the store to find out if Sal got my laptop that I dropped off with his friends. He whined up not coming back to the store so I didn't get any calls until the next day. (Nerve reckoning bc remember it's my precious laptop with pictures and videos and work stuff!) Anyways when I finally got my computer Sal apologized and the issue was exactly what he told me over the phone and the cost stayed the same. He's smart! He was very friendly & professional. He can do it all- fix printers, tablets, phones, computers etc. I would definitely go back, he will be my go to person. He just needs to be a little better with communication. Turn around was pretty quick too!

This store is OK. It's mostly your typical office depot,…read morewith lots of supplies, furnishings, electronics, and extra items like snacks, water, and sundries. I usually like to purchase some red ink pens as the store brand are my favorites. Stop by if you'd like to pick up a desk lamp, some legal pads, a pack of dry-erase markers, a twix bar, a container of cleaning spray, a cheesecake factory gift card, or a 24- pack of Office Depot-branded bottled water... in case you really want to show off at work. But I still recommend the red Office Depot-branded ink pens, you can't beat those with a stick! (Actually, you could. But why would you? They're awesome!)

I stopped by OfficeMax in Town Center to make some copies and look into faxing documents…read more Just a heads up--this location is mostly self-service now. If you're planning to print from your phone, you'll need to email your documents to their system rather than sending directly from your device. There are instructions at the print station, but you should expect to handle most of the process on your own. I did ask a few questions at the counter. The associate initially seemed a little short, but became more helpful once I started asking specifics and pointed me in the right direction. One thing to note: faxing is priced per page (I was quoted $2/page), which felt a bit high for me, so I ended up skipping that service. Overall, I was able to get my printing done, but just be prepared for a more DIY experience if you stop in.
