Ok so get this little weird bit of info you probably never knew. A BBQ propane tank is called…read more20lbs. But full it weights 38.7lbs. It's not because there is 20 lbs of propane or because the empty tank weights 20lbs (but it's pretty close). It is because if the tank was filled to 100% it would hold 20lbs. However you never fill a propane tank 100%. 80-85% is typical. So if you buy 20lbs of propane here you actually get about 17lbs. Sounds like something is fishy no? It isn't. This is actually a good deal. Strong'd charges $23 for 17lbs. If you do the propane tank exchange think it costs $28 plus tax and you really only get 15lbs. The pain part is they do not always fill propane tanks. They have limited hours because only some of the employees can fill the tanks. I really felt like I was getting ripped off when I noticed my propane tank says 15lbs but they just charged me for 20lbs. After further research I am happy to report a good deal. And I fortunately didn't make to big of an a55 of myself.

Paraco took over Great White Propane that I was a customer of for 6 years…read more.. Their customer service is poor...I have asked 4 different times if Paraco has a monthly budget plan. I started 5 weeks ago before the 1st delivery of gas. Each time I called they said they would elevate the question...no one has ever answered the question. Got my 1st invoice today and I just paid it. Another issue is the original 2 large tanks were never installed on level ground so they were leaning into my shed which in turn damaged the siding. I've called on that 3 times to see if they will replace the siding where the damage is. It's been since 11/21/22 that I sent in pics of the damaged. I won't hold my breath but Paraco took over the original company and customers so they should fix it. Not starting off well with Paraco...we shall see how this goes...I would pay .10 cents a gallon more if I could get good customer service.

I was told by the service guy that the lines were above the ground and not safe to fill my tank. I was so disrespected by the associates working with paraco. I arranged for them to pick up the tank. They lasted filled me in May knowing the lines were on top of my property making it unsafe for my family. I would never recommend that company to anyone.

Anchor replaced dampers, tuned furnace, updated thermostats. Now better heat distribution, quieter and using less oil - each very noticable. Also big: they set me up with PROPANE tanks & supply. So we could combine suppliers and get away from the big propane company in this area which reminds me of the cable company in terms of customer "service."

I went there today to exchange a refurbished tank I had purchased from them several months ago. The tank had a faulty on/off valve and I wanted to exchange it for another and while there purchase an additional tank. The gentleman at the counter said, "you bought it, I can't give you an exchange" After years as a customer his curt off the cuff remark floored me. If that's their customer service attitude, I'm done. If I could give them no stars I would gladly do that.

Had them come to clean my grill. $75/half hour. The first time the guy said it was done, I went out…read moreto look at it and he never did the bottom of the grates, said I'd have to burn it off, and the grease drawer was on the ground uncleaned. The second time he said he was done, he had done the bottom of the grates and put the drawer back in the grill. I had to take care of something, so I paid him, gave him a tip, and he left. I just checked (almost three hours later), and he never cleaned the drawer. Maybe he wiped it down, but it's filthy. And he never cleaned the sizzle station burner. The top of the grate is spotless, but the bottom is disgusting. I could wipe off the grease with a paper towel, so it's not like it was baked on. And the tub that the burner sits in is filled with grease. Now I have to take it apart and do his job but no one is going to pay me $150/hour to do it. Do not hire these people to clean your grill. They're counting on you not checking and just cooking right over last year's grease. I even told the guy who made the appointment that it usually takes me over four hours to clean it, and he said it would take them an hour. Yeah, when you don't clean, it can take as long or as short as you want it to.
