I bought a Groupon for a 30-minute corporate headshot package. I have never taken headshot photos…read morebefore so I wasn't sure what to expect. Erwin was very friendly and took photos of me for about 20-minutes, then reviewed the photos with me for the remaining time. Throughout the shoot, Erwin let me view the images to see what I liked or what I wanted to change. He provided feedback but let me control how to smile and how to move my head- he did not come over and try to tilt my head in a weird angle like the school photographers used to. I wasn't super excited about the photos when I reviewed them in the studio, so I opted to look at them from home. My advice is to definitely look at the photos at home with a fresh pair of eyes! Get feedback from friends too if possible. Within the 20 minutes, he took over 80 photos. He uploaded them right away to an online gallery, so I could easily compare photos side by side to narrow them down. Then, he had my photo ready and edited that same day. I am so happy with the final product. Thank you for giving me tons of options to pick from. The editing is also beautifully done- flyaway hairs, skin imperfections, etc. It looks professional and not overly photoshopped. The photo was also already cropped for LinkedIn, allowing for it to be quickly uploaded.

I came all the way from Europe to attend a wedding on Sept…read more 3rd. The service was all that got that star, but the food and especially the cake and cookies were all out of a horror story. Appetizers were of average quality and the served entrees were so unattractive. The cake was a disaster: no aroma, no butter, the glaze was out of a Crisco box, the filling was very salty and the dough .....never tasted such a bad cake. Some leftover cookies were throwned on tables, so old, so hard, they sent me to the dentist... When you have a name to respect, I suggest to be careful what you serve, cause this can stain your reputation, with all the great location you have. If it were my wedding, I would had asked back the money paid for food.

Doug was so helpful, honest, and enthusiastic about our wedding plans and so responsive to our calls and emails. When we'd have questions or changes, he'd frequent reply: "my job is to make you happy!".  Sadly, we were unable to host the big wedding we planned because of COVID (opted for a backyard wedding instead). Doug was so compassionate and understanding throughout all of our struggles and genuinely cared about us having the day we imagined. We're sad that we couldn't host our big day at 360 East, but are confident that Doug and his crew would have made our wedding perfect if not for COVID. Highly recommend!!!
