I've been going to Regina for over 2 years and have had more massages than your average person, at least once a month and sometimes once a week. Regina is the best! She does pretty much every type of massage out there, but if you're looking for relief from muscle tightness, stiff neck, back pain, or just looking for some stress relief because you hold all of it in your shoulders like me...Regina will work those muscles at any pressure you need and boy do I need a LOT!
