It got to the point where I didn't think we'd ever get them back to a normal, healthy length. I originally found Jess for my labradoodle Mabel and just happen to ask her about my Louie's nails . Not only did she trim his nails as short as safely possible, she did it with incredible gentleness and patience. Louie was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease -- which NEVER happens. But what truly sets Jess apart is her knowledge and care. She's actively working on helping the vein recede over time so his nails can return to a normal length instead of those "eagle talons." When I called to confirm the address I was informed of the change in time and they completely refused to honor my original 2:00 PM time.Booking weeks ahead is useless if the salon shifts times without permission and fails to honor confirmed slots. Do you know how much money we spent there in the last 30 years? At one point we had 11 cats. We were supposed to just be foster parents for the pregnant mother and her five kittens and we could not keep them all because 11 cats is too many cats to take care of financially for us. We also live in a small space and cats like their space. So I also shopped there because I was a volunteer for this alleged cat rescue place. They just killed all the sick kittens, she personally is a millionaire and she takes donations. I do think her alleged rescue organization is called cat rescue. Yuck to everything. Sorry if you don't like our review but we're only taking the trouble to tell you now so no other animal gets hurt. We love our fur babies and they should understand that it says PETSMART not pet stupid
