It got to the point where I didn't think we'd ever get them back to a normal, healthy length. I originally found Jess for my labradoodle Mabel and just happen to ask her about my Louie's nails . Not only did she trim his nails as short as safely possible, she did it with incredible gentleness and patience. Louie was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease -- which NEVER happens. But what truly sets Jess apart is her knowledge and care. She's actively working on helping the vein recede over time so his nails can return to a normal length instead of those "eagle talons."
