Food was average. Nothing spectacular and service was stall. Not friendly. She wasn't rude just not serviceable.

My first experience was disappointing because the online menu wasn't very descriptive. The second experience was much better because I knew better. My only problem with both orders was the amount of sauce. I ordered the poke bowl and and they were both drowned in sauce. I will request sauce on the side from now on. This place is very good. The rolls are great. You can call in an order and pick it up in 10 min. It seems very clean inside.

Don't waste your time or money. I don't know why this restaurant has such good reviews. It is dry over cooked meat and bland rice and noodles. The sushi was not worth the half price. Do not recommend. read more

This looks like a diner but the quality and variety is as good as any full service restaurant! The owners are highly skilled and friendly, and we sampled everything, from expertly prepared sushi and sashimi to terrific udon soup, teriyaki chicken hibachi and kastu bento box, mochi ice cream, tempura fried ice cream, and even green tea fried Oreos with ice cream. This is my first time eating here. This place is very unassuming but fantastic. Ordered four sushi rolls for me and my friend. All of them tasted so very fresh. There is a huge menu to choose from. This probably the best Japanese food restaurant in Jackson. They're hardly ever busy but most of their orders are carry out they do have tables to eat at while in the restaurant. I got the sushi at a sushi place and it was good. Not something my wife likes so I get it while traveling for work. It was good but has anyone seen an 8% inflation item? More like 20-25% and holy smokes does TN have a sales tax / 9.75% . I digress - I got the sushi with soup and salad which ended up being more good than eat so brought half to lunch the next day. I got carry out but beware the inside has the dreaded row bench seat against the wall where one's feels like they are sitting with the next table - im not crazy about this seating type but ok for a quick bite. read more

They are so kind! Ive started eating a whole food plant based diet- and explained I didn't eat meat/dairy. She offered me tofu (not on the menu) in place of the protein for the poke bowl. I enjoyed it so much and it was so beautiful and fresh. I went back today and got the AAC roll of cucumber, avocado, and asparagus. Really enjoyed it and again such nice friendly people! The atmosphere is peaceful with lots of clean lines and windows. I hope more people catch on. I struggle finding places that offer food for my way of eating and am super stoked to have Hana as a go to! read more

I'm really glad this place opened here in Jackson. This side of town really needed a place to get some sushi, and they have poke bowls, only place in Jackson to get Poke Bowls. I've been here four times now and it's always fresh. The Poke Bowls are  huge and you can create your own. The hibachi meals are also great and they have bento boxes. Give it a try, the people that work there are nice and helpful and they have the patio if you want to eat outside. read more

Been to this place 4 times in the last 3 weeks and it has yet to disappoint. Got 3 poke bowls, seafood ceviche, fried calamari and a lunch combo with two rolls (salmon/avoccado and eel/cucumber) & soup/salad. Nice and fresh every time. Tons of options for the poke bowls too. I like the informal atmosphere for popping in for a quick bite to eat. Would certainly recommend. read more

So I love poke bowls and saw there was one in the area. I got a poke bowl which was disgusting. I don't even know how a poke bowl could be disgusting but Huna seems to know very well. The sauces they used were gross and the meat had no taste. Also I got Spicy edamame again disgusting! How does that happen? They were under cooked smelled and tasted like vomit. The beef wrapped in scallion was also a let down the beef was thin as lunch meat wrapped with scallions as big as a silver dollar. Ratio so off. The Tom yum seafood soup was probably the best thing I got, but it also wasn't worth it. There was a bunch of cabbage, 2 small overcooked shrimp, one small scallop and 1 imitation crab stick. My mother got soft shell crab it was a nice size but came with sauce on top that taste like relish. Again Shrimp tempura loooots of batter over a small shrimp. I wouldn't go here again. I don't understand how a cook can slaughter edamame, soft shell crab and poke bowls. Wish I had listened to the one bad review. Waste of money. read more
