I have gone to Dr. Young for years and feel he is a very good dermatologist. He spots and knows…read moreevery type of skin abnormality on me. I was a sun bather for years and now have many, many skin problems. He has removed numerous skin cancers, and all the other problems I have as a result of too much sun and at my age. The women in the office are always kind, helpful and I could not say enough nice things about them. As far as i can remember, there has only been one change of personnel in his front office. I have read some of the previous reviews and completely disagree with the three one star reviews. That does not sound like Dr. Young at all. Nor did i ever have those kinds of experiences with him over the many years i have gone to him. He never tried to push me into surgery. He is very conservative and tries to do the best, checks the results, and then proceeds with further treatment if necessary. In fact, I used to drive to Medford thinking that dermatology office would be better. For years the dermatologist I went to said i did not have a skin cancer on my nose. i finally went to Dr. Young's office and, yes, I did have skin cancer on my nose. i'm glad I decided to stick with Dr. Young.

I moved from Denver, CO to Medford, OR in February 2014 as had I stayed in Denver, I literally would have become homeless due to my health. It is a long story but only after 13-14, of the TOP immunologists, dermatologists and more kept saying I was "self mutilating". I had already had a confirmed diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis with IMMEDIATE, SUDDEN onset when I was about 41 yrs. old. Doc's should have known can be very typical, to have more than one autoimmune disease ONLY, only !!!! Dr.Greene believed me, diagnosed me and cleared my hideous skin lesions and saved my Lupus attacked right eye, by doing the right tests and believing ME. He is gifted, and my life would be filled with joy, career on track etc, had I met the most important doctor I ever met, in my life time, 14 yrs. prior. I have more to say, but God bless Dr. Rudy Greene! Who would guess, 13 top doc's in Denver, Co, OHSU derms and eye docs, 3 derms in Medford, so what, like 20 top doctors all said I was self mutilating? Oh, the depression over 14-15 years, now that is another story! He saved my life. Period. He is so incredible. I worked in high level medical sales before the onslaught of R. A. and the heinous Lupus onset, that hit my facial skin (typical of disease). He saved my life, and is the most important doctor in my 61 years of life!

I said can you look at my chart and see why there's a difference? Her response was "you know, if you weren't so short with me I could work with you on it" I was shocked that any personnel would treat a patient that way. I'm amazed that she takes time to really listen while also running on time most days. My 4 year old and I both see her and love her.
