Frantic massage- did not concentrate on any single area at a time, bouncing back and forth without any schollarly approach. She used so much oil she could not actually access muscles to massage- it was a wet and sloppy "sliding around" and definitely not therapeutic. I stopped her three times and had to wipe excess oil off my soggy neck and back. All she would say is "ok. Tank you." I will never go back here. At check out, they charge a fee for using credit card. I tipped her a measly 8 bucks because it was so horrible i had to stop being relaxed and explain to her so many things. The staff at Tranquility Massage has supplanted the Chiropractor. I prefer heavy pressure and my wife likes it a bit lighter. I stopped going about 3 months. When I returned, I paid the $45 dollar cancelation fee but stopping tipping. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out.
