However you really get to know what kind of place it is in a crisis. This summer I ran over my own dog in the driveway. I stayed calm and called them, they said to bring him right over. They were amazing. Every step of the way they made sure I knew everything, how much it would cost, both the high end and the low end. They explained everything. In the end he needed surgery. They called me to keep me updated then called more than once to check in on him. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were for my dog. I couldn't be happier with a Vet.

Also, when I told the Vet my dog had a seizure & almost died from Nexgard, she LAUGHED and turned her back on us and walked out of the room! Also told her about my parents dog that died suddenly 3 weeks after vaccines and they didn't even care, say sorry, or make eye contact. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they are poisoning animals daily, because that is where the money is. Make the animal sick and they'll be a customer for life. This just confirms to me that most of the time, you're better off learning how to care for your animals naturally than going to these places, all they are are big Pharma sales reps and as soon as you say you aren't interested in their potions their entire demeanor changes. On the fourth day I took him here, the staff were very friendly, offered fast service, and the business was very clean. They examined him thoroughly and then Olly was sedated and his abcess/wound was cleaned, they injected antibiotics and gave me pain medicine for him. They sent a full report to my primary veterinarian and the cost was $660 for me I think that is a great price. The whole visit only took 2hrs at most. Thank you all for your help.

When I arrived the man that was checking us in announced "I'm sorry we are just waiting for our doctor to arrive, should only be a few more minutes!"....mind you this is about ten mins after the clinic hours are posted as open. The doctor finally arrives and now it's our turn to bring my cat to the examination table for shots and the doctor was extremely rude from the first second I spoke to him. Did not care to ask me the cats name and just continuously called her a "him". Regardless..... they he starts to pull her out of the carrier and he whacks my cat on the back several times. Very rough and carelessly (my cat is very old so this alarms me). The doctor who then looks at her and states that she's severely overweight and needs to loose about 20lbs. I have a very specific breed of cat that are known to be very large in size and she's actually right in line with her weight range should be (20-25lbs). So I begin to tell him this exact statement and he cuts me off mid sentence and says "I'm a doctor, I would know". In fact if he actually took the time to realize what breed she was, since he didn't bother to care what her name was and applied some knowledge, he too would have known that she is actually right on target for her age and weight range. All I have to say is... if you are going to be this rude to customers of the vet clinic and work with animals please either find a new job that you enjoy or a personality with soft skills..... that will be the last time I use them. The whole experience was not pleasant and some of the worst customer service I've ever received especially from a person who works with animals. Unimpressed to say the least.

I also worked for the Tyler's for a short period of time while my horse was there and often times they would run out of grain, hay and shavings and make excuses and lie about why we didn't have them and when we would be getting some. During my time at ATOMEC my horse lost a significant amount of weight due to their lack in horse care. Many days the Tyler's wouldn't come down to feed AM hay and grain until about 11am. Most days horses wouldn't go out and if they did they would go out around 12. Ryan is a self proclaimed farrier and put shoes on my gelding that were two sizes to small. The Tyler's have no right running a farm or owning animals. Many equine professionals (vets, farriers, dentists etc.) will not go to their property for various reasons. I do not recommend you board here if you truly care about your horses well-being.

One of them is 14 years old and is in CHF. Before I say what I'm about to say - I completely understand that if a facility does not have oxygen tanks and other medical resources/staff to aid in the event of an emergency, that they will not take my dog in CHF for grooming - I get that part. I spoke to THREE different people about this, thoroughly explaining my dog's condition and each time I was NOT told that that was a dealbreaker. I continued to make their accounts, requested bookings, and uploaded their vaccination records and medical records (particularly for my dog with CHF). Everything was approved and verified by the staff - per what their portal was saying - and the appointments have been on the schedule for 2 days. To add on to this, they actually had to last-minute reschedule one of the dog's appointments due to a staff emergency. I was fine with that, but again, there was no implication at all that the appointment was at risk for being cancelled due to my dog's condition, hence being rescheduled. It was rescheduled and I waited another day with no sort of outreach from Wagging Tails about anything.... until THIS MORNING (both appointments were supposed to be today) I get a text message because god forbid they have the decency to make a phone call, saying that both appointments have been cancelled due to my dog's condition and the lack of equipment/medical resources on hand. THAT WAS NOT BROUGHT UP ONE TIME, EACH TIME I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ABOUT MY CHF DOG'S APPOINTMENT. I am extremely displeased with the lack of communication and professionalism, as well as overall respect by this place. When I called this morning to ask again, WHY, this was being done in the first place, but more so WHY was this not communicated to me beforehand when I scheduled the appointments days ago... AND SPOKE WITH YOUR STAFF DIRECTLY ABOUT THIS CONCERN???? Of course, whoever picked up the phone with me this morning had no idea why I was so displeased... claiming that my dog's condition was "never brought up in discussion prior to now"... don't even get me started. I truly could keep writing about how this place is a huge waste of you and your animals' times, but now I have to start the whole process over and desperately search for grooming for my dogs all over again! Wagging Tails, I strongly suggest you do better on your end because this isn't looking great for you guys, and I can confidently claim that I will not be considering this place in any future, let alone recommending it to anyone. My favorite story is when we were taking a walk in Washington DC along the Mall, when a little girl walked up behind him, and her mother asked if it was okay if she pet him. We had no hesitation about allowing it, as he was so gentle and had been raised in a household with my 4 kids. She pulled a tuft of shedding hair from his backside, looked at it in surprise, and then tried to put it back on him. He was healthy most of his life, with no real problems. But he had to be put down in 2019 due to cancer. I'm going back to this business now for my second shepherd, even though I now live multiple hundreds of miles away. That is how much I trust these people and their animals.
