I've been wanting to try this location and it definitely delivered! When it comes to hand rolled bagels I always say the earlier the better so you can get them fresh. I ended up getting a raisin bagel with cream cheese, and they were not skipping with the cream cheese at all it was so filling and yummy! While I was there I also noticed they had so many different coffee beans on display. Next time I'm absolutely coming back to grab some. Even though it was busy, the service was pretty fast and the staff handled the crowd great. Plus, logistically it was a breeze since there was a lot of street parking right outside.

It wasn't a great first impression. They seemed very disorganized, energy was off, not many people in the store and it took 20+ minutes tie 3 bagels and coffee. I had the everything bagel with the lox spread, tasted off to me. The pinkest lox spread I've ever seen.

I felt like having a bagel this morning so I decided to stop by. They open at 6a. The have a wide variety of bagels to choose from, there bagels are big. I wanted a mini bagel and I noticed they have different flavors of cream cheese so I was leaning toward olive cream cheese. There was a line so I had a chance to glance at the menu and I did see they have mini bagels but it didn't indicate what kind. When the cashier asked me what I would like to order, I asked for a mini bagel I was informed they only have plain. I don't like plain bagels it would have been nice that was indicated on the menu instead of me standing on line.

I'm not exactly sure what happened with the quality here but needless to say it's been very disappointing lately. There are very young employees working here (I'm assuming students)? which is fine & all if they weren't messing up...every single order. I understand mistake here & there we are human but to burn virtually every bagel is a bit ridiculous. When I call to rectify it the owner/manager always offers a new bagel, no refunds for inedible food. Anyways, I used to love this place but I won't be returning again.

Continuing our search for the best bagel on Long Island, we tried Hand Rolled Bagels today. The Everything bagels with cream cheese were good. The Egg and Blueberry with cream cheese were a bit to hard and not our favorite to eat. Iced Coffee was good.

Small shop, with delicious bagels and confusing service (you order, the cashier makes your bagel sandwiches, and once they return to the counter, you pay). Soft bagels that are huge.

Unbelievable. Came all the way here from Eastern Nassau only to find out that "the oven is down "and we don't have Bagels today.

If you haven't figured it out by now, this place sells bagels. They are huge and base on the foot traffic in and out of this business, there a huge turnover of products. Translation, you get fresh bagel's every time. The service is a hit or miss. I have ordered on line and had to wait past the promised time, not because it wasn't ready but because there was no one to hand over the food. The other time, we walk right in and receive prompt service. Big shout out to Ben who seems to keep the flow of orders going when he is working the front desk. The bagels are delicious but the service is inconsistent.

Bacon, egg, and cheese. See the small yellow line, yes that's the "bacon, egg, and cheese."

Instead I got a bunch of blank stares looking like "excuse me, we have gossip to talk about and you're interrupting it" before another girl walked over very friendly asking how I was and what I'd like to order. Only got a French Toast bagel with butter & syrup & could feel the other girls not wanting me to be there. I was once young myself & had "friends" who worked there who were the center of drama in their circles, so it wasn't quite a shocker to me. I'm sure if any of the older ladies who were probably off for Mothers Day were there, the ship would have been ran a bit more tight. Also came home to my bagel barely having any butter or syrup on it which I could put more on myself, but for almost $4 it would be nice to have it be more filled.

It's just so hard to manipulate the choices the way they have them to order exactly what I want; and I'm not looking for anything Out of the ordinary. Nonetheless, this time I was able to combine things like cream cheese on a bagel and bacon as well; so they got that fixed. And they did add the juices to the online system; kudos for that. Now that I had everything I wanted in the ordering queue, the credit card payment just wouldn't go through. I verified six different times and then press the button to pay I logged off, logged back in. I'm a pretty good troubleshooter, but at some point, anybody would give up. It's just too hard and these things are just too easy to fix. Not sure who manages the system for this store, but they may just be costing them customers.

Ample parking - what more can I ask for?

The bagel of the week (scallion cream cheese with bacon and jelly) was so good. The uncrustable had chocolate inside it and my kids couldn't get enough. On my most recent visit, I ordered a turkey bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese on an egg bagel with salt and pepper. The food was fresh, but it lacked seasoning I could barely taste the salt and pepper. I also ordered a cream cheese bagel, which was fresh as well, but nothing out of the ordinary. The location is convenient since it's in a strip mall with plenty of other businesses nearby, and breakfast is served all day, which is a plus. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a typical neighborhood bagel shop or deli. My biggest complaint is the pricing. Paying around $10 for a bacon, egg, and cheese-style sandwich seems excessive. That said, I've been back more than once, so it clearly wasn't a dealbreaker. Overall, the food is fresh and decent, but the prices are hard to overlook.
