They didn't load 1 box but didn't listen to me and because of that, I had to borrow money to rent a trailer to get the rest of the things to my new place. I had to pay to get a hitch out on also and pay for the parts, etc.. The owner called me after I reviewed the company on U-Haul and wanted to make it right. I was appreciative of it and he said he would refund me. I haven't received it yet. Yesterday, I asked him via text if he could help me by picking up a lot of items I'm not taking and trash them in lieu of. he replied saying yes, they would do it today. He also said he would be sending me the refund today as well. I have not heard from him today. I called, I sent numerous text messages. ZERO response. I now have to leave and I put all of these items outside for him to pick up and now he disappeared despite telling me via text that he would today. I have the screenshots.
