I was then told "all sales are final," as if basic customer care doesn't exist. When you charge premium prices, you should at least provide basic professionalism and respect. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Rather than resolving a small issue, it turned into an unpleasant experience that could have easily been handled with courtesy.
