Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering any form of reasonable customer service, the husband immediately became dismissive and argumentative. He insisted it was oil, even after I read the directions aloud that clearly stated otherwise. The tone was condescending and unnecessarily hostile over a simple exchange. I was then told "all sales are final," as if basic customer care doesn't exist. When you charge premium prices, you should at least provide basic professionalism and respect. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Rather than resolving a small issue, it turned into an unpleasant experience that could have easily been handled with courtesy. Customer service matters. Respect matters. This business clearly does not prioritize either. I will not be returning. And if you read this proceed with caution!
