I had an issue with a crown done previously by a different dentist years ago. The crown had run it's course and I needed an implant. After initial examination, Dr Hauer, the implant specialist, took over. He was professional, friendly and genuinely a very nice person. Dental procedures can be painful and having a comfort level with your dentist is very important. Needless to say, Dr Hauer makes you feel very confident and comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. He even messaged me directly the day after the surgery to ensure I was doing well and offered help if I needed anything urgent. Thankfully, I didn't have any issues and the area healed quickly. I very much appreciated the personal attention given and thank him and the entire team for a job well done.

I went for a regular cleaning after 6 mths and they told me I had periodontal disease and needed a deep cleaning for $2000. How did that happen in 6mths when the previous visit showed no sign of this? I think they are trying to upsell as I heard the hygienist in the next room suggesting a deep cleaning too! Further, the hygienist gave me a 15-minute cleaning! In all my years at dentists, I've never had a cleaning in 15-minutes. I complained to the Office Manager (Noelle) who was very rude to me. I think I need a new dentist. My trust is broken and I'm not happy. It's sad. I'm a loyal patient, but after 30 hrs, it's time to say goodbye. Any suggestions for a new dentist?

I work during the day, so the extended hours were the whole reason I chose this office. What they don't tell you is that they apparently don't perform actual dental treatment after 5 PM. That only came up after I was already in the chair and had X-rays taken. So I took time off work, showed up in good faith, went through diagnostics, and then was told the treatment I came for wouldn't be done. At that point, I said I wanted to leave and declined anything further. Instead of a straightforward exit, I felt pressured to stay and continue with consultation while still sitting in the treatment chair, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. On top of that, I was charged more than the referral price printed on the referral card my partner gave me, which made the whole experience feel even more misleading. Because of all of this, I went more than a week without treatment which I scheduled with a different practice. Instead of offering to actually schedule the procedure, Dr. Charmaine wanted to bring me back in for yet another consultation! This wasn't just a scheduling issue. If there are real limitations on when treatment is available, and if pricing differs from what's quoted, that needs to be clearly disclosed upfront. Patients rely on that information when making decisions. I'd strongly recommend confirming both treatment availability and pricing before booking here.

My appointment was for an oral extraction. Approached by dental assistant to discuss remainder balance of permanent bridge process. In midst of conversation, dental assistant pushed my shoulders and I told her do not push me. I explained I made calls in past and no one returned my phone calls. Receptionist verified she called and left voicemails, I have received nothing not even an email. Yes I reached out to check on status of arrival on permanent bridge and oral extraction. Verified with police and other medical practitioners no professionals is allowed to push a patient. Dental assistant admitted to pushing me and apologized moments later. A few months ago, the receptionist declined my option to pay off early, twice. If I did not want to pay, why would I still reach out and find alternative options to pay off balance? Absolutely absurd, to think I paid thousands and time well spent into this dental procedure; very, very tedious process. I was told by dental assistant I had to pay what the insurance did not cover. Verified with my insurance this dental office in fact did received the approved claim 8.9.25. I was advised by insurance to wait, until all claims are approved and finalized, so I would NOT overpay. Overall satisfied with my look permanent bridge completed on 28 July 2025 easy process of 45min. and pain free. Yes I do love my teeth and received countless compliments. No I will NOT change the one star review, I truly prefer no contact. Bill pay is best method to send payments to avoid any altercations.
