**look at the pictures before reading. Pictures explain it all** So the wife made plans for couples pedicures and massages. She found Hands On through good ol Yelp. For the record, this review is based on the pedicure and not the business or the massage therapist. Unfortunately this will be a knock on the business because in the end, the business represents each of their employees. Kind of sucks but it is what it is. I can't just Yelp the nail lady. We arrived about ten minutes early and our massage therapist was ready and waiting for us. The nail lady, well she came walking in about 10:29 and 59 milliseconds when our appointment is at 10:30. No big deal right? Things happen. I get it. My wife picked me first to get my pedicure. So this lady starts working on my feet and she appeared lost. Almost like she did not know what she was doing. It got to the point where I almost was going to tell her to stop her service because I felt she didn't have the skills to perform a basic pedicure. She would use the regular clippers to clip the corners of my toes. I am no pedi expert but I wouldn't use normal squared clippers for corners. Another irritating thing about my pedicure is the seating. You basically sit on a bench, stick your feet in a small portable tub that lays on some vibrating gadget. I was uncomfortable for sure. So the wife gets done with her 60 minute Massage and the nail lady is still working on my feet. Maybe me you I don't get special colors or polish since I don't wear that stuff. Wow!!!! In the end, this was by far the worst and I mean the worst pedicure I have ever had. I get done with my massage which was good. Wish is was a little bit harder but it was good. My wife was still getting her feet done by the same nail lady. In the end, We walked in at 10:30, and left closer to 2pm. Way too long. The wife hated her pedicure. My wife's exact words, "my four year could paint better nails that her." Ouch!!!! So who is this mystery pedicure lady? I don't know her name but she has been there for one month. read more

Rosa gives an AMAZING massage! I've had my fair share of massages over the years and hers is by far the best! I love that she uses heating pads and hot stones. My wife, mother in law, and my 'aunt in law' Went here today for a manicure/pedicure. My mother in law has cancer, and doesn't have a lot of time left. She uses a walker (barely) and is very tender. They were so wonderful to everyone! They were very accommodating for my mother in law and were very gentle! She really felt like a VIP, and had a wonderful time. Late posting, got my hair done Thursday night by Miss Zella. I LOVE IT! She always does exactly what I ask. I love my rich color and she cuts my hair perfectly every time. I like a certain product that she usually doesnt use, but shes gone above and beyond to accommodate me and orders the line I love. She also cuts my 14 yo daughters hair and cut my sons locks off to donate. followed by some cool colors he chose to support breast cancer and diabetes. looking forward to her creating a beautiful style for my little girls first upcoming formal. Not sure where my other review went. I was going to update it today with another amazing job by Maria and it's missing. So I'm writing another one. 1st off id like to say Maria is a amazing hairdresser. I'm one of those idk what I want please make it pretty kinda people. Well Maria is amazing at what she does. Every time I have had my hair done by her I come out looking like a model (well my hair does anyway). I seen her again today because I changed my mind again. Went back closer to my natural color with highlights (her suggestion). She blended the colors amazingly and it came out better then I had pictured in my head. I highly recommend Maria for any of your hair needs. She is very skilled and friendly. I'll post all pics I have available to date. Seriously I won't be going to anyone else to do my hair.. unless she retires. Then bribery may come into play for her to still do my hair.. Lol. I had put off finding a new massage therapist for a couple of years. I found Rosa at Hands on Spa through a gift certificate from my nephew. When I called I was booked with Rosa and it was a refreshing delight. She was very thorough my first time in. Amongst other things she inquired about what type pressure I preferred. My preference is med leaning toward hard and she delivered, it was marvelous. She is extremely good. I went in once a week for a while to work out my kinks and Rosa was outstanding each time. Always affirming what my preferences were and always following through with great sessions. I continue to see her and I am always satisfied. I give 4 stars because we always have to have room to grow. Rosa is 10 stars in my personal book. read more

Just received the best massage I've ever had, from Patrice. I asked for a relaxing, medium pressure massage and that is what I got, plus more. For just $60 for an hour (not 50 minutes like most), she used hot stones AND hands on my back, and kept heat on my neck and shoulders after finding some knots there. I also appreciated that she chatter at me during my massage, because that makes it difficult for me to relax. She offered a bottle of cold water after I was dressed again. There isn't spa water or tea in the waiting area, like some spas offer, but I am happy to skip all of that for an amazing massage at a great price. I started going to Vidi because she was very personable and did a great job on my eyebrows. Time and time again I started to realize that she'd be later and later for our appointments. The last three times in a row she was 20 or more minutes late and each time showed up with a Starbucks cup in her hand. She didn't even apologize for being late. I have taken my 89 year old mother here acouple of times and they are professional and do a very good job. The manicurist did an exceptional job the first time,by educating the client on the hazards of acrylic nails and cleaned up the fungus that years of acrylics had caused. The were quite accomodating and made it a pleasant experience. The haircut was also nice. It isn't always easy to deal with a client with a walker, but they did a good job each time! I am new to the area and I was getting ready for an interview so I came in to get my eyebrows waxed. I came across this salon through yelp reviews. I had previously went to another salon but I was not welcomed too well so this was my second choice. But you know what?? I am glad the other salon treated me poorly because I had the best service ever here! I appreciate how she took the effort to ask everyone in her shop if they had time for an eyebrow wax, even though they were super busy, unlike the other salon I had previously went to. I ended up getting my eyebrows and hair curled for only $32. What a great deal!, considering my hair is up to my lower back. The hair curls took at least an hour to complete since I have so much hair. The service was excellent and even when I walked into my panel interview the ladies all complimented my hair all thanks to the amazing hair stylist Carolin.
