Extremely inconvenient, delayed my move by hours trying to find another truck. What's even worst is that they charged me $75 "cancellation fee" when they didn't have a truck for me and told me to go somewhere else. This place is a fraud. Save yourself a headache and stay away.

We did a walk through, we all got to work and got things packed up faster than I had anticipated. I have a giant glass reptile enclosure that I was very nervous about moving, but they understood the assignment and my reptile and her glass mansion arrived intact! They were so courteous, worked with precision and took care of my belongings. At the end they made sure I was happy and if there was anything else I wanted done before they left.
