Wow! Could not recommend Alex enough! He was so responsive when I reached out for quotes and was helpful in answering all my questions, especially since my wall isn't flat. He was available quickly too and gave me several dates/times to choose from! Arrived promptly and brought all of his tools with him. Incredibly efficient, prompt, and professional. Took less than an hour to mount my TV and conceal the wires into a recessed box behind my TV. Explained the whole set up process and even cleaned up after himself by bringing his own vacuum. Cherry on top: his prices beat the competition out of the water!!!!! 100% would recommend and will be using for future services.

I first called TV mount master their call center people are very aggressive we finally agreed on a price because they started out too expensive made an appointment for the next day and they were a no show with no callback. I called Handy king spoke with Alex he was on time, same day ,no need to haggle on the price because he was very reasonable. He got the job done quickly and helped move our other tv. I had a great experience with Alex from Handy King Service. He came out to mount our TV and made the whole process incredibly easy. Alex was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly from start to finish. He mounted the TV quickly and made sure everything looked perfect before wrapping up. Great experience all around! I was in need of a swivel wall mount install for my Mom's TV. Alex responded quickly to my service request and gave me a competitive quote. He provided pictures of the mount he intended to use and was able to provide same day service (due to an appointment cancellation). Due to his pricing and constant communication, I went with him for install. His arrival was punctual and he was well-prepared for the appointment, even being mindful of the house by bringing and wearing shoe protectors to ensure cleanliness. Alex asked questions and gave advice about mount placement before installing anything. He even gave us a choice of which stud to anchor the mount. He worked quickly and efficiently and we were happy with the final results. His thoroughness was appreciated and he was polite and friendly throughout the entire process. When I saw multiple reviews say "stop your search and hire Handy King," they were not exaggerating. He was so fantastic. Responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was here the next day. Competitive pricing and fantastic work. He was efficient and meticulous. We recommend him 100%! We had him help with a project where he was hiding cords coming from our TV through the wall, and making holes in our entertainment center to hide the cords. Brought all the supplies and then some. Originally thought it was the dryer vent that needed cleaning but realized that was not the issue. I called and made an appointment a couple days later. After he cut a small square from drywall behind the drying machine, the two air ducts werent attached, which was the reason behind moisture getting out (which is not only a fire hazard but could have been a huge mold headache issue). It took about three days to fix (first day being majority of work, cutting drywall, getting new airducts from home depot and securing it once installed), the second day was putting drywall back and spackling it to dry then following day was to smooth and paint. Would highly recommend for his communication, attentiveness and fixing the issue with a reasonable price.

(In another life I was a property manager for about 18 years.) Look no further as Zane is the real deal. He is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, on time, good communicator and super nice. Many electrical switches needing to be changed out, light fixture install, window blind install, garage door weather strip install and unclogging dishwasher air gap etc. Scheduling was a snap online. Handyman Cal was not selected based solely on price, as their estimate was in the middle of the range of competing bids. The primary factors in our decision were Ivan's willingness to visit our home, speak directly with my wife and me, and refine the cost estimate following his onsite assessment. The overall value was excellent when considering the quality relative to cost, adherence to the promised start and completion dates, protection of furniture and fixtures, and thorough cleanup. Ivan and Sergiy were highly professional and courteous throughout the project. They delivered high-quality workmanship and completed the job within the agreed timeline. During the final quality assurance review, a small amount of paint was observed on the wood trim near the sink. Ivan has kindly agreed to return and correct this minor issue. We are currently planning a bathroom refurbishment and have requested a cost estimate from Ivan and Sergiy for the work. In summary, we are very pleased with the quality of their work and have placed Handyman Cal on our short list of preferred vendors.

I was looking for someone that specializes in custom TV installation. Alex with Handy King exceeded all of my expectations. I bought a high end 75" TV and high end soundbar so I wasn't willing to compromise on the installation, sorry Geek Squad. I discussed my job with Alex, sent pictures and he knew how to make my install clean and sleek. His pricing is very competitive and well worth his professionalism. He prepped the work space to minimize the mess of cutting drywall, asked a couple of questions to make sure placement was exactly what I wanted, cleaned up as it was prior to install, and checked the TV was functioning with my Apple TV setup and my audio was synced with the TV. A job perfectly done, but that wasn't all. I had another 65" setup with soundbar and gave it to my in-laws. Alex and I coordinated that he would do that installation also. After he took down my previous setup, he helped load it all into my in-law's vehicle then provided the same professional service at their home with another perfect installation. He even replaced one of their power outlets because it was old and not appealing. So really, I give Alex and Handy King 10 stars. I can't thank Alex enough and love my new setup. read more
