Established in 2019.

Precise TV mounting came to be, as a direct result from customer demand. Over 25 years ago, I worked for the cable and telephone company. Almost daily I was getting asked by customers if I could mount their tv for them. One day I woke up and realized that there was a demand for tv mounting, and this was a skill that I needed to learn. So I went to work on the weekend with a company that did home theaters. This is where I honed my skills. Fast forward to present day ... now I am able to combine my knowledge and experience from the cable company, telephone company, and the home theater company to bring my customers the best installation experience possible.

The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

I called him 2 days before I needed the service and he scheduled me for the exact day and time I asked. Fast forward to my move day. They called and asked if they could come earlier which was great for me. Carlos showed up with a bunch of tools. He came in and I showed him what I had and what I wanted. He explained things about my mount and listened to where I wanted the mount and why. He added his suggestions which were much appreciated. If I was asking for something that might turn out ugly or not in a good spot, he would explain why it wasn't a good idea BUT he never made me feel like I was wrong or like he wouldn't do what I asked. He would have mounted it on the ceiling if that's what I wanted. He mounted a 50 inch TV and a 2 component shelf in probably 45 minutes. He even helped me with my DVD player problem and showed me to use the firestick without wires showing. I can't have them mount without wires because I live in an apartment complex and we aren't allowed to rewire and put holes in the walls. Anyway, he told me exactly what to do to cover the wires the best. I felt really comfortable with him and he was so helpful. He really went above and beyond. I literally cannot understand any review that says anything negative about him. I can't see him being anything but pleasant and willing to help even if you have outrageous or dumb ass requests. I've already referred someone to him and he's only been gone a half hour. I highly recommend Bear Electric!…read more I hired this company to install a 240V outlet for my Tesla. On two separate phone calls, I was quoted the same price. When the technician arrived, he recommended upgrading to an EV-specific outlet, explaining it was the better choice. I appreciated the recommendation, but I was disappointed that it increased the price by $100. I felt that option should have been discussed during the initial phone calls so I could make an informed decision before the appointment. After I posted my original review, the owner personally came back to my home to make things right. He offered to refund the $100 price difference, but I declined because I didn't feel it was fair after the work had already been completed. Instead, he replaced two breakers that genuinely needed replacement at no charge. I really respect a company that stands behind its work and makes the effort to address a customer's concerns. While I still believe the pricing options should have been explained upfront, I also believe it's important to recognize excellent customer service when a business takes responsibility and follows through. Because of how they handled the situation afterward, I'm happy to update my review and would not hesitate using them again. Thank you Sam and Robert!

Story time: Recently I had ChargePoint charger exploded, it blew out the inner and outer cover of…read morethe charger and my vehicle stopped charging without any noticed. I began go search for electrician near by me asap as I need to charge my vehicle. Scheduled with Bear and two tech showed up today. They upgraded my NEMA 6-50 to NEMA 14-50 and also found out one of my breaker is going bad. They upgraded EV plug, changed out the breaker and added a surge protector. They discovered issues I haven't known about. Definitely 5 stars! Thank you Sam!
