Got a call from Terry on July 15, 2020, stating that he was on vacation and we talked about him picking up the antenna for credit. I asked him to let me know when I can expect him to stop by. On July 21, 2020, I sent Terry another e-mail stating that the last time we talked was on July 15, 2020. And businesses often under-promise and over-deliver (which is rare, and oftentimes a selling point). Well, Ray over-promised and over-delivered (is that even possible?) Our water heater was in its last days and I could tell it was going downhill fast. It was a Thursday evening and I was losing hope that I'd get someone before the weekend hit. Well, Ray to the rescue. He responded via Yelp Thursday night letting me know to give him a call first thing Friday. Well, I did. And Ray walked me through step by step what it's going to look like and that he can come in Friday afternoon to get the water heater replaced. He answered all my questions BEFORE the job, made sure I knew everything I was going to purchase BEFORE he purchased it all. I was in the know and he did not try to sell me anything else I didn't need -- which I always appreciate. In fact, he went the extra mile to offer me different pricings and options for the water heater and its parts so I can pick for myself. He gave his two cents about the parts and the water heater AFTER I asked him about the difference, and not just rambling about his opinions trying to sell us the most expensive ones. Then, he came as promised right around noon and went right to fixing our mess. Got it done in a matter of few hours making it look awesome. Oh, but Ray isn't done after the installation and fix. He made sure to go over every little thing he did so that I wasn't left confused about anything. And he documented it all so I have it for my records. Then, he leaves saying I can let him know if I notice any further problems with it so he can make sure to tidy it up, not that I think I'll need it because he already did an awesome job for us. The job cost us right around what we thought it would cost us and that's always a good thing. A nice cherry on top is that Ray is very personable and is pleasant to talk with and is a people person. Some trim work, siding with Z-bar, and three short seconds of barge rafters with minimal osb (roof sheathing) in two small sections. Easy stuff if you know what you're doing. He came out and did absolutely terrible work. I told them they need to have people out here with more experience and they did slightly better. Still have chipped trim, cracked siding from screws, didn't do the barge rafters or roof sheathing because they would "lose their license" and still took them a week to finish which was originally quoted for a day. They ended up sending 3 other guys to finish the work and demanded more money than what was originally quoted. So don't hire this company. I would have done the work myself but ended up selling my tools so couldn't. Overall very disappointed in this company.
