My 8 year old refrigerator was icing up and there was a "factory update" involving a new fan and many related parts. They also diagnosed the problem with my Sub-Zero Beverage Center, ordered parts, removed it and took it back to their shop for repairs. It will take about a week for repairs and re-install. The Technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, fixed my built-in refrigerator, cleaned up and left - what more can you ask for?

We've used these guy's twice. Let me say if you need Sub Zero service, you call these guys. We used…read moreour Home warranty people to send out service for our Sub Zero. They sent a company out, we paid the $70 service call fee and they paid them 1200.00 (not) to fix the Fridge, they were there and gone in 45 min. We called Prestigious Appliance to come out,....long story short. He replaced the very parts the noodle heads before him said they had replaced, all original parts, still in tact.He had to remove all the shelves, drawers etc...to remove inside back panel, to get to some of the parts....which I never saw the man before do. So, that right there told me, the other guy ripped off the Warranty Co. Now, WE did end up paying $1200.00 out of pocket....but we had some expensive parts replaced, one of which was a compressor.....But, add it up here. .....the fridge stops working and unless you can get someone to your house within the hour to repair it, you're either going to lose the groceries inside, or transfer them to the refrigerator in the garage. Either way it's a big hassle. Then wait 2 weeks for them to come and not repair it. We then have to do this a second time....transport groceries to the garage..go back and forth to the garage whenever you need something out of the refrigerator, the freezer isn't large enough so you end up losing some groceries. So, there's waste of money as well. I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend the money to have it repaired, correctly the first time, than to go through all of that. It is not like you're having to do without a microwave. And spending 1200.00 isn't the same as the $12,000.00 for the Fridge. So, don't go through the aggravation we did for a month before we took control from the warranty company. Simply call Prestigious Appliance to begin with. They are the most knowledgeable guys you'll meet.

I bought a washer and dryer this weekend [holding for applause]…read more.. I chose this location because I trusted they would have some of the more efficient and knowledgeable appliance sales people. I went in, looked around, picked out one of the cheapest top-loader and dryer combos, and then stood there looking like I needed help for a few minutes. Eventually, a very nice woman whose name escapes me stumbled into my air of confusion, and offered guidance. I was out of there in 10 minutes flat with a delivery and install scheduled for the next day. The next morning, Sunday at a prompt 9am, two men arrived to deliver and install my new washing apparatuses. We blocked the entirety of my street with their truck for about an hour (apologies), but they got both machines up the stairs and into my kitchen/laundry room with ease. They immediately started both machines to ensure there were no leaks or issues. The part that took so long was me making them flip the way the door opened on the dryer, hahaha. My only gripe is that the dryer vent they installed seems way too long and forces the dryer to stick far out from the wall. Are dryer vents supposed to bend? I feel like that's asking for lint to get caught up in the bend. Alas, am I, just a girl, going to be forced to DIY? Fine, hand me my blade, I'll finish this.

The store itself is organized nicely and seemed massive, The selections were plentiful and prices were decent. We utilized self checkout. The bathrooms were terrible to me! Definitely needed some attention. It also had a foul smell. This was first time coming to this location; I didn't even know that it existed.

We tried both HD and Lowe's, but neither have any brand name dryers in stock. The clerk at Lowe's suggested Conns, so we tried it. Glad we did! They had what we needed and we could pick it up the next day. We wanted a Samsung front loading machine that would fit on a base we already had. They no longer have the platinum color, but the black will be close enough. We couldn't take it with us because no one there could take it off the base. I returned the next day. They got someone to remove th dryer from the base, but kept the dryer pieces needed to install on our base at home. We used the parts off the old dryer and made it work. *********. Word of warning though..we will not get an owners manual or owners registration card. It took a bit of work to get a warranty since the dryer was 2 years old. Samsung would not let us register it online. I had to call the 1-800 number and get the warranty registration completed.

I did see an area with hand sanitizer and they require their customers to wear masks. They also wear masks. They have plenty of employees walking around to help customers. I did think some of their items were overpriced. However, I really liked the layout of the store. They also seem to provide financing for customers who want to pay over time. They offered me a flyer that mentioned their financing plans, along with an ad when I first walked in. We were instantly greeted. We were a little thrown off at first because the employee asked what we were looking for. I spoke up and told her that we were just looking for random decor for our home. So, the employee handed me the ad and financing paper and totally disregarded my sister (who was prepared to purchase something). That kind of left a sour taste in our mouth. But, we continued to browse around. The items were nice but it kind of reminded me of a rent to own type place. They have a lot of items, as the store is really huge and in a good location. It just wasn't my cup of tea.
