I only had one which wouldn't be enough to do my laundry. So I tried to use the atm and it kept failing. Unfortunately I had to leave so I can't comment any further. You have to use a debit or credit card at the loyalty card machine to use these machines. Or you can pay with cash but you have to get the loyalty card. It is just easier with the card, I don't mind not having to worry about quarters. None of the machines take quarters or any form of cash anyway. It is a fairly new facility. I have been here on a Saturday morning and it is not too busy. Even if it is busy it is so spacious there are plenty of machines. I like the high top tables and chairs. There are USB plugs and outlets so you can charge your device or use a laptop. The machines are a bit pricy compared to other places but I like the cleanliness. I have lost a pillow here and called the number on the website. A very friendly girl called me back the next day. They have a lost and found but unfortunately my pillow was not recovered. I would come here again as it is so clean.

They have pictures on the wall from surveillance system of people vandalizing and being menaces. Lots of security cameras guess they have problems with vandals. The dryers actually work pretty good. Dryers are efficient at 8 minutes for 60 cents and got a pair of Carhart bibs almost completely dry. If we have the need again we will be back. Its also nice because Jimmy Johns and Salsa Verde are very close so you can grab a bite while waiting.
