You have to use a debit or credit card at the loyalty card machine to use these machines. Or you can pay with cash but you have to get the loyalty card. It is just easier with the card, I don't mind not having to worry about quarters. None of the machines take quarters or any form of cash anyway. It is a fairly new facility. I have been here on a Saturday morning and it is not too busy. Even if it is busy it is so spacious there are plenty of machines. I like the high top tables and chairs. There are USB plugs and outlets so you can charge your device or use a laptop. The machines are a bit pricy compared to other places but I like the cleanliness. I have lost a pillow here and called the number on the website. A very friendly girl called me back the next day. They have a lost and found but unfortunately my pillow was not recovered. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service.
