I have since learned that Alexander and team never received my original feedback until I had posted my review on yelp. And within days of posting I was called and asked what happen and how they could make things right. I forwarded my original feedback along with multiple pictures and immediately was told that action would be taken to correct the issues. Then came bad weather and various other events, but I will say, they called me every few days to keep me apprised of their availability to ensure it worked for both of us. Today, I am happy to say that a crew came out and put new gates in and repaired some of the other findings. As I expected, the crew came through and did an excellent job. They made sure that I was satisfied. The Project Manager later called me and asked if it all met my satisfaction. He gave me his number and said to call him if something else came up that presented an issue. I debated on leaving the original post up or not, but I wanted to leave it as a lesson learned. Not often is it sufficient to send a text or an e-mail, it takes both parties to try various forms of communications to ensure feedback is given and received. This works both ways. I think Alexander calling today even after he knew the job was done and asking/telling me to not hesitate to reachout. This company clearly is concerned about doing a good job and maintaining an excellent reputation. I would highly recommend them.

He answered all our questions (I was concerned about damage to the backsplash in the kitchen). While there was some damage to the drywall in the bathroom, that was easily remedied after the installation. He and his team worked quickly and did a beautiful job. Grouted very nicely between the countertop and backsplash. No broken tiles in backsplash. Joe is a perfectionist and measured the kitchen more than once to ensure a perfect fit.
