My family and I had damage to our roof in April 2020. Our neighbors were approached by a particular roofing company, being new home owners we went with whoever first approached us. BIG mistake. Don't do that, research and read reviews like mine! The other company (embarrassed to say) were ripping us off and took forever to reply to a question or a call. I mean, they would even spell and get my name wrong constantly (poor customer service in my opinion) I dealt with Sergio and Micheal. In every email to insurance I was included, questions or calls were responded to me quickly. Repairing a roof is a big deal and you NEED professionals you can trust. I could write a novel describing the fiasco that our homeowners insurance put us through regarding roof damage from a spring storm. If it wasn't for Informed Roofing, Sergio and Michael, we would have given up fighting our insurance company and paid for a repair out of pocket instead of getting the full roof replacement that our storm damage caused. They supported us throughout the entire process by surveying the roof prior to filing a claim and working with the insurance company to make sure everything was included in the estimate.
