The most unbelievable thing happened today that's never happened to me before. I called source electric and left them a message stating that all the outlets except for one in my garage hadn't been working for a month. Brad texted me back and asked what was going on. I told him. He recommended that I check the outlets for a GFI reset and lo and behold I found one, reset it and all my outlets worked again. I had power again. All of this through a text. I then offered to pay him and he refused payment telling me that he was just happy to help. I've never talked or met this guy Brad, but he just made my lofe better and easier. I'm always nervous about getting a new electrican and Brad made it super easy. Thank you Brad for restoring my faith back in humanity. There are good people out there and Brad is one of them for sure.

I reached out to around 12 companies, and his quote was easily 3-4 times lower than most. One company even quoted $1,200 for what is essentially a straightforward 4-wire circuit less than 5 feet from the panel. He was also transparent and reasonable with travel, only adding $25 despite being over an hour away, while most others were charging significantly more. When I mentioned his price to other companies, the response was mostly to discredit him rather than justify their own pricing. Fortunately, I am very familiar with the electrical scope of this type of work, and his quote reflected the actual complexity of the job, not inflated pricing. He showed up on time, completed the install cleanly, and everything was done to code with a professional finish. I am a detail-oriented person and I appreciate a company that lines everything well and symmetrically. It's hard to find someone who is both honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Apparently I had…read morereceived defective carpet, so it would pull out easily and also the carpet had a pattern stain that you could clearly see once vacuumed. It also had several gaps where the seams met. The installers assured me this was normal and that the seams would fade. I was shocked considering the price we paid for the carpet. Also, I asked a few experts in the area and they also agreed this was not correct at all. Well two weeks later and it honestly looked worse. So I called them back. They "fixed" the seams they said and left. I didn't have a chance to look before they left as I was on a work call. I checked shortly after and same deal. I ended up calling my project manager at Sunn and she came right out to check. Well lo and behold, she immediately could tell something was wrong even though the installers assured me twice that everything was ship shape. She had me send over a piece of the carpet to get tested by the vendor. That ended up being about a one month waiting period. The vendor got back to me and agreed that the carpet was defective and offered a full replacement at zero charge. They were extremely compassionate and empathetic, so it made me feel much better since the installers made me feel like I was going nuts. So we got the second install done on the carpet and it is MUCH better. There are still issues at a couple seams, so I am not 100% thrilled. But it did take care of the major issues we had. To be honest, I was pretty surprised the whole time that the GM or owner of Sunn carpet didn't follow up on this at all. The only thing that saved them from a one star review was their project manager to be honest. So I am so appreciative of her help in all of this. But I do think that better quality control would help this company a lot. Also, a follow-up after install to ensure customer satisfaction should be standard. But it is what it is. I would be a bit hesitant to use them for my next fooring project given the circumstances. But at least it wasn't left in the state of the first install. He gave us samples to take home and see how they looked in the house, then came out and measured everything. The guy who delivered the wood wasn't the fastest unfortunately, but the guys who installed it were great. They worked hard and consistently, not slacking off or messing around with their time. They were economical with their cuts, so there was still quite a bit of wood left over which I kept in case of damage in the future. They cleaned everything up very well and left the home looking great.

The tile installation team, Juan and Miguel, are exceptional. Great communication, on-time, quality work for installation, and trustworthy. Atlas was prompt in handling a few minor issues we had throughout the process. By the end, Atlas made sure everything met our expectations and we are extremely happy with the end product.
