We had an agreed upon time (which I took time off work) and four minutes before they were suppose to arrive, I received a text message they would be two hours late. After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted them and was told an emergency job popped up. We agreed to reschedule. They didn't arrive for the second agreed upon time and after waiting fifteen minutes I contacted them and was told there were two jobs ahead of me and they would let me know the ETA. I never heard back from them. This company is not serious about their commitments. I am very disappointed I allowed myself to be taken advantage of more than once.

Nice guy, really enjoyed talking with him while he worked and he was very fair with the price. These folks are the Mom & Pop variety shop and have the ability to do the job I needed him for. I would recommend clear and concise discussions about what you need done and writing it down. Dave and his wife are trying real hard to bring good service at a reasonable fee. This group get's a 4 and I'll tell you, as I work with him more, his rating will reflect his service capabilities. BE SPECIFIC when quoting jobs with Dave and take good notes.

He was very good and worked efficiently for a very reasonable price! Also she has a concern about a bad looking area between the panes of the 2 windows that appear cloudy, and Tyler recommended a company named Dave's Glass who would be able to replace those and they will be coming out for an estimate soon, named "Dave's Glass," and we will be calling this company soon.

Kurt was amazing to work for at first…read more At first. We had him put a new roof and gutters on our house. And after going through the misfortune of unemployment and making the difficult decision to sell our house to move to a state with more jobs, we asked Kurt to replace a bathroom window for us so we could get the home up to code. He quoted us and said he'd get it taken care of right away, and we called back to pay him and set up an installation date only to be ghosted. He completely ignored us after saying he'd take care of the window and providing a quote. We didn't have any issues with him and everything seemed to be going fine, so we were surprised and disappointed. This seems to be a pattern with him as others have stated here and on his Google reviews. If it wasn't for our amazing real estate agent finding a company for us to work on the window after we had already moved, we would have had issues getting our new buyer approved for the sale. We were happy with the work we did have done on our home however, I can't recommend Kurt or his company as he's inconsistent, dishonest and unresponsive.
