Art is an awesome handyman I have used several times and he is awesome he is very detailed when he does he work IE double checks triple checks everything he does to make sure it is done right the first if there is an issue (there is never an issue) he comes back and correct, he is a super handyman and if something he can't do he let you know(though there is a lot of stuff he cannot do) he will do his best to figure out the problem and correct it he offers solutions for most problems. his truck is fully equipped for any job I can say enough about Art !!! I had Arthur install an awning over my, side, garage door. He showed up on time and was respectful. He did a great job and, as someone else said, he checked with me, before completion, to ensure placement was the way I wanted. Afterwards, he told me that the white silicone would be clear when it dried and to not let it get wet for two hours. I appreciated that. Not everyone would do that. Afterwards, I asked him about doing other jobs and he offered information of what could be done, that I could do it myself and he offered to search for the materials, himself.
