I reached out to Dmitriy of Priority Appliance Repair, and he referred me to Kassman, where I reached Margo. Margo was clear, communicative (via text and voice), obviously very concerned with providing excellent service, and easily dealt with some unexpected obstacles in scheduling. She estimated that her plumber would arrive between 1 and 3. Harry got to my place around 1:45. Harry was just the kind of person you need in a crisis like this: calm, focused, and very very very good at what he does. Watching him auger the toilet felt like some sort of delicate, precise medical procedure. There is an art to knowing how to auger a toilet, and Harry is a master.
