Over the weekend, our water heater started leaking and making a wheezing noise, as if a kettle with boiling water was ready to be served. I used Yelp's project planner to research different available services, and Free Flo Rooters replied quickly to my request (within ~15 minutes). For someone who knows nothing about home repairs, they made it extremely easy from start to finish (especially for someone who was already worried something terrible was going to happen). During the initial call, they asked me a number of questions to diagnose the problem and let me know they'd squeeze me in the next day for a free consultation and estimate. The team (Ben and Elijah) let me know they'd be out by 1 pm, but were able to make it out by 11 am instead, which helped ease our minds. When they arrived, they got straight to work diagnosing the issue and let us know we needed to replace our service line.
