Since he was so friendly and patient with my request, I immediately scheduled an appointment with him. He confirmed our appointment the evening before, arrived on time, and promptly got to work after greeting me. He painted my kitchen, bathroom, and a wall in the living room...and my apartment now looks amazing! He also installed a new showerhead and changed my toilet seat in literally less than 5 minutes. Unfortunately, after that things have gone significantly downhill. When the painters left they pushed all of my living room furniture to the middle of the room and said when the crew came back the following week to paint the baseboards and install the doors they'd put everything back. That happened on March 22nd. Since then, week after week they keep promising to try to come back and week after week they are no shows. I even explained to them that our building is expected to have a freeze on construction projects this week due to an impending strike so can they please wrap up this job before then, and they said yes but are now not responding to emails. I hope they ultimately make good on their service contract and I will update this review if that happens. For now, please steer clear, fellow yelpers.

I highly recommend his work…read more He's professional, has a good work ethic, shows attention to detail & is very knowledgable (plumbing, electrical, painting, wallpaper installation, and smaller tasks). I always feel very comfortable with him in my home. Just some of the great work he's done in my place: 1) Installed 2 wall-mounted TV's (55" in my bedroom, 65" in my living room): before installing the TV's - he installed recessed outlet boxes for the TV plugs, which made the TV's flush. They're perfectly mounted and locked into place. The 65" TV is a swivel and it retracts easily. 2) Installed my beautiful Anthropologie wallpaper in my bedroom: He did such a great job lining up the panels, making the proper cuts and removing the panels. Evan around the window, door and outlets - it came out seamless. I'm so pleased with the end result. The bedroom sconces were installed by Bendi as well. Then, he clipped all of the extra wires from the air conditioner, sconces, my phone charger on a wall-mounted power strip underneath my bed frame (so it's extra easy to clean without having to move all the wires). 3) Installed a West Elm chandelier in my dining room & replaced the switch to a dimmer: nothing was there previously, just a cover plate on the ceiling.
