I have a two year warranty with Weathershield Roofing that no moisture from the roof would enter my…read morepremises. After a big rain, my roof leaked. Weathershield came out and said they repaired the leak. I had another company come out to make sure the leak was fixed and you can see, from the pictures below, that Weathershield did a TERRIBLE job and my roof would have leaked again. The rotted wood was simply covered up with new black "paper" and tiles put back. You can see how they "repaired" and did not repair the tile over this leak. Can you believe they left several rotted pieces of wood? I've called them several times but they will not call back. I am deciding whether to take to court b/c my new roofing job cost $4000 that Weathershield should have covered on the 2-year warranty they didn't honor. My new roofing company is Cal-Vintage Roofing. They are GREAT and HONEST! Showed me pictures every step of the repair, including the horrible non-repair by dishonest Gordon at Weathershield. Scott was given samples of paint but purchased incorrect finishes and colors. He had to make a repeated trip to purchase the correct paint and CHARGED ME FOR HIS EXTRA TRIP. Primer and paint slopped over onto woodwork and tile making unsightly, crooked lines. Hardware (towel bars, toilet paper holder) was removed from walls as requested but not returned, even after several calls. This list or grievances could go on and on.

I sent Mike an e-mail and a picture of what needed to be done and he responded right away with a very reasonable quote. Mike came out and installed the new light and it works and looks great. Said they would start at 9, wouldn't come til 9:45 or whenever they wanted.. after we found mold on the wall and the contractor refused to even come and look!!!! we had to threaten w bad reviews and BBB for him to come.. he claimed it was due to the walls not being painted .. I wish he would've given his professional advise to paint the walls before hand bc the sink/vanity was already installed and sealed to the walls.. meaning we would have to pull the sink out to paint the back wall and have it re sealed.. well, we didn't bother calling him to repair any of their mistakes bc of his lack of knowledge, Customer care and communication. We found out the granite he put in wasn't even sealed on top!!!!!! he left the vanity w/ wall texture.. we paid for removal of a medicine cabinet and they didn't even take out the anchors just barely covered it!! wow!!! such lazy work!!! I would never recommend this company.. I will add photos of his work also. overall- poor communication, never on time, lazy work, refuses to come back once they leave.. awful.. worse experience..

For a very reasonable price, Terrell from Build Craft provided exceptional service and communication along the way. I liked how he used a vacuum cleaner during demo in order to minimize the dust in the house. I also liked how too extra steps for quality work including adding putty to dry wall to ensure rigidity. I liked the fact that he used high-end drywall instead of the cheapest available. I liked how he took his time in measuring and discussing options with me. On the electrical side, I liked how he explained that the wiring of the receptacles was less than ideal and then he explained how he does it and why it's better even though it takes a little more time. Terrell has literally made our lives better. We now have a room that we can use more often. We now have a great looking and functioning kitchen faucet that doesn't leak. We now have a working ceiling fan. We now have a bunch of new electrical outlets that are safer, more reliable, and can actually hold plugs. There is no questioning the skill of his work.
