Their bid was far and away the best price of all the quotes we received for the same product, and they offered a nice discount for payment in cash. Their employees were hard-working, respectful, and fun - we enjoyed interacting with each of them while they were doing their work, from the design consultant to the installers, and the new windows look wonderful. We have a front door that needs replacement soon, and I definitely know who I will call when we're ready for that project! read more

Lifetime windows did a wonderful job replacing 3 windows. Competitively priced, experienced staff, and great communication. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. We painted the window trim ourselves as agreed in the contract. We had to wait for the order to ship to them before scheduling the job but that was ok with us since we were not in any rush. This company cares about their customers. They followed through with getting us a promotional gift card through Milgard Windows and also sent Clark Public Utilities the information to get us a rebate. I needed a downstairs window and two upstairs windows replaced due to seal failure damage. Design consultant Matt came over to do the initial estimate, very thorough and forthcoming with details about the products and services Lifetime offered. I went with the Milgard Trinsic windows. The cost for the one-day job was pretty reasonable, I thought. Seven weeks later, Zack and Jacob came over to install the windows. They were very friendly, respectful, and considerate of the house. The job was completed in a single day, and they made sure to clean up after themselves. I recommend this company and would definitely do business with them again. read more

We needed 3 west-facing windows replaced. I asked for quotes for just the windows and then installation as I have friends that are contractors who could install them if it made sense. Well...the quote for the windows was $5k. The quote to install them was $8k on top of that! Are you kidding me? After I stopped laughing I arranged to buy the windows but wanted to have Lifetime measure them to make sure that was done correctly. That price was $750 to come out and measure 3 windows! Begrudgingly I paid that just to be safe. The guy that came out to measure told me to just let them know if we had any install questions. The largest window came in two pieces. I reached out to find out if Milgard provides any kits or best-practice instructions for "mulling" the windows together to ensure a tight seal. Reached out again. And again. Finally got a call back to say "we're waiting on the Milgard rep and will get back to you"....well that never happened. Windows were installed and they are fine but the severe lack of follow up up by a company that will quote you $8,000 to install 3 windows left a very bad taste and we will look elsewhere for future window needs. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Sir, no amount of training, experience or insurance justifies $8,000 for installing 3 windows and your company's quote was nowhere near competive. I got two other quotes from outfits just as reputable as yours that were several thousand dollars less so you can step down from the pedestal....you're not the only reputable game in town. I would not be posting this review if the issue was soley cost. I can always go elsewhere for windows. Nor was I holding you accountable for installtion challenges. I was mainly holding you accountable for not following through when we were promised assistance with questions. There you failed. The main question was simply to ask if all the parts were there for the install. And since you didn't deliver my screens with the window delivery (I had to call back for those too), I'd say it was a valid question. BTW, being someone who mainly just posts negative reviews doesn't suggest anything about me or the honesty of my reviews. It's quite common for people who normally wouldn't bother to post reviews at all, to go to the trouble only when they feel strongly about something one way or the other. But nice try tho! read more

Between May 19th & 21st of 2026, Lifetime Windows replaced 15 double hung windows and one patio door in our home. Zack, Jacob, Hugo and Jose were punctual, cordial and consummate professionals. Unfortunately, one of the windows was incorrectly measured and will have to be replaced. Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem. Zach and Jose arrived on time and installed our new door with the utmost consideration and care. They made sure that the door and the hardware were installed correctly and cleaned up our front porch and entryway perfectly when they finished. They were both so polite and friendly. This was not an easy door to install as our home is older, but they did a beautiful job. They also made adjustments so the door will open over a door mat or rug with ease. The old door was too close to the floor, so we weren't able to have a door mat or rug placed for visitors to step onto when entering our home. Quality of work was ok. Quality of windows was good (but Lifetime doesn't make them, they just install them). We had them install windows on three different jobs. First two went smoothly, but with a long wait period for the windows over several years. Third (and final!) job was a hot mess. I specifically asked for one of the old windows to be carefully removed and retained so I could keep it and reuse it on a different project. I was told by the job supervisor "No problem". After the job I asked where the window was. "Oh, we took it back to the shop". I said "I told you that I wanted it", which he acknowledged. The job supervisor said he would get it, but came back and said it had been damaged and was not usable. No apology, no attempt to make things right. Nothing. Also, one of the window screens didn't fit, meaning the window couldn't be opened without assorted flying insects getting inside. It took 3 MONTHS for them to finally get a correctly fitting replacement screen. On this last job it was clear Lifetime simply didn't give a damn. I guess they figured we weren't going to order any more windows anyway, so why should they care, or even try. I most definitely would not use them again. read more

Recently had four more windows installed in our downstairs bottom portion of our house; bedroom, bathroom, extra storage room, and laundry room. The frosty window in the bathroom is just beautiful. All the windows are very nice. Quality work done by Solomon, Benson, & Cory. I am already enjoying the extra comfort and quietness in our bedroom from the new installation of the bedroom window. The employees were very nice to have here at the home during the installation. They came on time, worked well and steadily to ensure all the windows were installed properly and in a timely manner. This has been a journey! I started looking for new windows and sliding glass doors last year ('21) with the primary goal to have them replaced in time for fire season, after what we'd experienced in '20 and the original (I think) aluminum windows and sliding glass doors to my home from the mid-'70s allowing soot to seep through. It took me quite a bit to make a decision between Lifetime and a competing company, as well as which particular products and designs/color would be best (vs. my budget, of course), so I ended up getting my order in the fall of '21, originally scheduled for installation in Feb '22. I worked with Tate for the quoting and contract process, he was great at taking me through the pros and cons of which options would work best for me and my home and never lost patience with all the questions I was asking! Installation actually came early, just after new year's '22. I was amazed at how quickly (and cleanly!) Tom, Tony and Solomon were able to remove my old windows and sliding glass doors, install the new ones, and replace all the trim work to look the same as they were before (and also keeping me out of trouble with the HOA). There was an immediate difference in how comfortable my home was, the temperature throughout each room was much more consistent and I could hear my heat pump working much less to keep the house warm. Unfortunately, there were a handful of issues with the windows and sliding glass doors, but nearly all were pretty squarely due to the manufacturer. First, one of the three sliding glass doors would loudly squeal when opening or closing. This was caught on the day of installation, a seal on the moving panel was scraping the stationary panel, sort of like a windshield wiper on a car. The installers explained that this was likely because the door had been in their cold warehouse and also my house didn't have the heat turned on during the install, and once things warmed up, everything would straighten out. Unfortunately, it didn't. After attempts to trim that seal failed to resolve the issue, it was discovered that the glass of the stationary panel was bowed inward. The Lifetime replaced the stationary panel, but then discovered that the trimmed seal was allowing air to come through the door. They tried ordering a new seal, but the incorrect part kept getting delivered, so they ordered a replacement sliding panel. The manufacturer arranged for another installation company to install this despite me working exclusively with Lifetime throughout this process. The second issue was with the locks on two of the windows. On one, the lock was missing entirely. The installers cut a heavy piece of wooden dowel to put in the track of the window, and we tested to make sure that someone couldn't force the window open or out of its track. On the other window, the decorative handle/cap broke off during the installation process, so while the window could be locked and secured, the bare metal lock was exposed (and difficult to tell when the lock was actually engaged). It took several visits and a lot of back and forth across a couple months to have these two fixed, because the manufacturer had used a different design lock temporarily to complete orders and get them shipped during material shortages/to get around supply chain issues, but the replacements they kept shipping were of their "regular" design. The third issue I actually discovered with somewhat convenient timing as the Lifetime team was preparing to replace the stationary panel in the aforementioned sliding glass door. One of the windows would leak water into my home during heavy rain, when a gutter over the window was overflowing. The installers took a quick look at it and discovered a pinhole in the caulking around the trim they'd installed. They applied more caulking and tested to confirm its no longer leaking. While this is kind of an epic story to just have my windows and sliding glass doors replaced, I'm still giving Lifetime a solid five stars. They took all of my concerns seriously, explained everything they would be doing each and every step of the way, and the new windows look and perform even better than I could have expected! read more

Nothing was to much trouble for them, including redoing internal trim. A couple of our windows were really large and a challenge because our house is on a slope but Josh and Kyle lead the team an did an excellent job. Just had all our windows replaced and the whole crew from John with the bid and the great installers Josh and Kyle were great. Each night when finished they cleaned up great from the outside to the inside. Found some dry rot around one of the windows and turned out more extensive than what there use to working on or had time to rebuild. They finished up all the other windows and sealed up the big dry rot problem till we found somebody to clean it up. They came back quickly to install the final window. We needed multiple door and window replacements in a house we recently bought. I went into the Milwaukie Lifetime office and spoke with the front desk person, who told me a rep would be in touch. After a few days, a rep contacted me and set up an appt. She arrived about an hour later than the appt time without having contacted me to let me know she was running late. She seemed knowledgeable and pleasant enough, so I let it go. She took measurements and told me she would have an estimate in a few days. I waited over a week and emailed and left her a phone message asking for an update. She emailed me a few days later and explained that she had family medical issues that she was dealing with and she would get the estimate to us ASAP. After a few weeks more I called and spoke with the front desk person at Lifetime and told her what was happening and that we needed an estimate soon so we could move ahead. I assumed that another rep would be assigned to the job, but the same rep emailed again and restated that she had family medical issues. I understand that she's dealing with a lot, but honestly, there are other reps there who could have helped us. I don't understand why no one else ever contacted us. It has now been about 4 months with no contact from Lifetime. I have since obtained a quote from another company and our repairs are scheduled for next month. I don't think I have ever dealt with a more unprofessional company. I cannot recommend this company. read more

Tony and Hugo did an awesome job in removing our old door with frame and replace with new door, added a new handle and key pad lock for us. Only complaint is that the deadbolt wouldn't close completely and the standard door closure wouldn't close, we had to do some minor adjustments to make both work.
