Zac was very responsive and was able to get to my house the same day due to a water flow emergency. We had bathtub faucet lever that wore out and would not shut off the flow of water. Luckily Zac arrived on time, took the faucet apart, and replaced the valve fitting. Problem solved in under an hour. Also, Zac was very friendly, took off his shoes when in the house, and cleaned up the area before he left.
