Arrived and set up and had the job done and cleaned up in 3 hours. They were very careful to minimize the mess and drywall is messy stuff. They also cleaned up another patch in the ceiling that a ceiling fan installer left looking like garbage. Best price I got for a full finished job and great communication and service through the whole experience. I contacted several places, and Dana was not only the most responsive, he was the fairest priced and the most comprehensive. He came on site to quote the project to make sure that he thoroughly understood and could give me an accurate price. I thought that I would have to find a separate vendor for the subsequent painting, but he did that too, and that made the whole process seamless. I had a window of about 10 days before I had houseguests arriving. I told Dana I could do the project before or after their visit. He had a crew on site the next day and it was all completed with 2 days to spare. Both the drywall and paint teams were excellent. They prepped well and cleaned up very well afterwards. They were very easy to communicate with. The informed me of what would happen each day and asked questions where any clarification was needed. It was a big effort for me, but the inconvenience was minimized because they took great care with their work and were respectful of my home. The quality of the work was excellent. There was one unanticipated issue discovered when I went to put everything back after the work was completed. I informed Dana of it and he had a guy come out to resolve it to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the work that Above It All did. I have already recommended them to friends and would most definitely use them again.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Zero stars if possible…read more My experience was extremely disappointing. I paid over $750 for a re-install, but the original problem was never resolved. When I contacted them to come back and address the issue, instead of standing behind their work, they told me I needed over $1,000 in additional repairs. I questioned whether those repairs were actually necessary, and rather than answering my questions, their response was simply, "Do not waste our time." That level of customer service was shocking, especially after I had already spent hundreds of dollars with them. To make sure I wasn't being unreasonable, I spoke with multiple other repair companies and the manufacturer. Based on those conversations, I was told the additional repairs they recommended were unnecessary. However, because this company insisted the repairs were needed, I had another contractor perform the work. After that, I contacted this company again regarding the original problem that still existed. They then told me that because I had another company perform the additional work, they would not come back to address or stand behind their original repair. In my opinion, this is not an honest company. They charged me for work that did not fix the problem, recommended costly additional repairs that others told me were unnecessary, refused to answer reasonable questions about those recommendations, and ultimately refused to stand behind their original work. I have the text message exchanges documenting these interactions. They clearly show how dismissive they were and how they avoided answering my questions instead of explaining or supporting their recommendations. The messages speak for themselves. I would not use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. Avoid at ALL cost.
