The service I requested was to repair the rotted fascia board at corner of the exterior gutter. Naran provided the quote within 10 minutes and clarified all the questions I have. 3. How can I give 10 stars on Yelp instead of 5? Project 1: My usual handyman did not have time so I contacted Naran on a whim to fix a shutter that fell off and broke in half during the windy season. I sent some photos and asked for a quote and he was super responsive via text. He came a couple days later and finished patching, painting and installing the shutter all in a couple of hours. Super efficient and it looks good as new. Project 2: While he was on the roof working on the shutter, he took photos of a couple broken roof tiles and holy behold, there was ceiling water damage indoors underneath the cracked tiles. I asked for his pricing on the tiles and a quote for the job and he drove all the way to Placentia to place the tile order and came back the next day to fix the tiles. Super helpful and will go out of his way. Project 3: I had a water closet remodel project I've been holding off for a year and I asked if he and his team handles custom trim moulding and sure enough, his team delivered! I met his team who helped me measure, choose the trim, cut, install and paint. They took care of everything A to Z in one day. I found a gem of a handyman and his team. They are responsive, on time, reliable, professional, kind and take great care in their work. They treated every project I've thrown at them as if they were working on their own house, with care, diligence and patience. These guys are casual and kind. They came early and worked quickly. Damian was on it, you can tell he does this regularly. My old fan was 15 yrs old and stuck but he managed to get it out. We had an issue with the original size but they fixed it immediately. I only took one star off because they kept asking me for things i.e ladder, bag, vacuum.
