There's a reason Ivan has such great reviews! He was very responsive and arrived right on time. I needed a mirror removed from a window and a bathtub stand secured since it had become flimsy. The mirror removal looked tricky, but Ivan handled it flawlessly, including removing the backing with care. He was also very clean and kept the space tidy throughout the process. Contacted Ivan after seeing the Yelp Reviews. So glad that Ivan and his Team are indeed as great as many of their customers rave about. We needed our front door replaced and Ivan was great at responding to text messages. His teammate Chingis came to replace the door and disposed of the old one. We are very satisfied with his job and work ethic. He was very courteous and respectful of our space, carefully taking out the old one, then attaching the new one. Chingis carried pride in his work. Evan I bought the wrong ceiling light to install, Ivan's worker kindly told me I can go get a right one when he changed toilets. We needed to repair drywall on some walls, the ceiling, and in the bathroom behind the sink after we had to re-route pipes. Ivan was very prompt and assessed what materials he needed. The house looked amazing and during the final walkthrough if there were any sections that needed touch up it was handled then. They did such a good job that we decided to have his team to do the interior of the house. It was here that Fabio's professionalism really showed. During the application of the first coat I noticed that the paint did not match the sample from the manufacturer. Fabio came out to look at the issue and contacted the paint manufacturer's sales representative to come and see. The next morning the rep saw that there was a discrepancy with the paint color and offered other samples. Once the new samples arrived the decision was made for the new color.
