I continued to walk around and look and saw several staff working diligently. I asked a young lady for assistance and she answered my question but when I needed to be fitted she informed me she was off (it was nice of her to help me the first time) and quickly found someone to help me. This is when I met Ms. Fee who helped me get fitted in a few bras, told me the sales, and made additional suggestions when they didn't have my size in what I was looking for. She was so nice and patient and made my dreadful bra shopping experience much more pleasurable. She had a big smile, worked quickly, and checked on me several times. My check out experience went well too. I had forgotten my wallet at home so it was helpful that they had Apple Pay as a payment option. Overall, this was a great experience as I usually have to wait to get bras when I go out of town.

I realize they had issues with homeless people misusing the bathroom, but as a rectal cancer survivor, I don't have the time to hunt for an employee to get the code. I was literally seconds away from a bowel accident today, then had to turn around and find an employee. I was lucky, there was a guy shelving books close to the bathrooms. What if he hadn't been there, though? If I had to walk to the customer service desk or the register to get the code, I would have definitely had an accident. My suggestion to anybody that has bathroom issues, or small children, ask for the code as soon as you walk in the door. That way, you don't have to hunt for an employee and risk accidents. That is what I will be doing from now on.

They also have so much more like collectibles, musical equipment and much more. You can definitely kill a few hours here if you aren't careful. So much to see. I did find a couple books I wanted at a good price. I also found a used computer keyboard I needed. The books are somewhat organized but finding specific authors can be challenging. Their book collection is extensive. The staff was friendly and there is plenty of parking. I'll be going back to spend more time. I didn't have a lot of time to spend. I just came into this local Best Buy and spoke with a supervisor, Tammy, about a 3D printer I purchased through this store. She told me that they wouldn't replace the printer even though it is still sold by them. And she told me they would only give me half the value of the printer minus a service fee because I used rewards certificates to pay for part of it. Tammy was very rude and disrespectful. She almost went out of her way to not be helpful and deflect to the General Manager, April, that would be in the next day. I used to recommend people buy things from Best Buy because they have great customer service. I've specifically told people to buy their printers from Best Buy so they'd have the support of a brick and mortar store. Unfortunately, I was apparently wrong. I can't recommend Best Buy anymore, or at least this location. You're better off going the distance to MicroCenter for your electronics needs. Even working with Amazon would've been easier.

The manager, Anna had come over to talk over the selections and I agree these were very good. She also let me have three samples since my wife wasn't there with me.
