With that being said, the second time we got her groomed we stated that we wanted the same grooming as last time - furnishings only. 1 hour later my dog is brought to the front door and wasn't even recognized. All of her long beautiful fur that we didn't want to be touched was completely shaved. Not only is our dog's coat something completely different than what we asked for, we had to pay the $50 for the full groom (that we did not want) when we were expecting to pay $30 like the first time we got her groomed.

Theodore's ears are always even. His jaw line is always even. He even cuts his tail just right. I like his tail kept long so it looks floofy. He's done a winter and summer cut on Theodore now and both turned out fantastic. The last groomer could never get his cut even. Hi, Puppy gets it right every time. He comes home smelling heavenly, with clipped nails, a perfect cut, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services.

I have been boarding pets at several kennels in various parts of the country, and have never come across such a terrible kennel. I chose this kennel because it was attached to a vets office, so I thought that if something came up, then it would be handled swiftly. I boarded my 1 year old yellow lab over the fourth of July weekend so we could take our yearly trip to Ohio to visit family. After 30 hours at the kennel I get a phone call from the owner stating we must pick out dog up immediately (even though we were 8 hours away), because he was being"aggressive". My dog has never been aggressive towards anyone, and we have had him since he was 8 weeks old. No matter what alternatives we game them, they would not listen and insisted we pick him up. She told me several times that she was going on vacation soon so he needed to leave. Why is her vacation more important than mine, especially since we are already on vacation? We were also told that they would not let him out to potty because of the situation. My husband left Ohio early the next morning to pick him up. When he arrived at the kennel, the owner was nowhere to be seen, and the girl at the front desk wasn't aware of the situation, and she told my husband that they "were like 3 dogs overbooked for the weekend", and he hadn't been let out to potty in 50 hours. My husband went back to the cage with the kennel worker, and my dog was very subdued and skittish, until he saw my husband and was very excited. We have since used Sunny Ridge Kennels for a two week visit, and were told that he is doing great, and is a very good boy!

My dog was hit by a car while under the supervision of a local boarding facility. She had emergency surgery, and was still dirty from the ordeal..and shaved weirdly after the operations! Kippers Cuts helped me clean her, removing fur that might interfere with her healing, etc. They were such a blessing!! They are excellent groomers, no doubt.
