The cart with rags and bottles of window cleaner was nowhere to be found. I moved my car to three different bays before realizing that the vacuums weren't working. I asked the cranky short-tempered woman taking money at the entrance if there were any vacuums working. She SHOUTED at me "The weather is not under my control!!!" Yeah, honey, it isn't, but if the equipment isn't working, WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME FULL PRICE?? I was so effing pissed. I will be going to Hang 10 from now on--or rinsing my car off myself. When I parked to air my vehicle out I noticed lots of soap dripping from the jams, and my wheels somehow looked worse than they did before. I asked to use one of their self-clean bays to finish the job myself and was greeted with the same sewage stench water. I kindly requested a refund, and was told it was the city's fault the water smelled bad and that they don't give refunds. But they'd kindly run my vehicle through their sewage wash again. Yeah, nope. I grabbed myself a sweet tea from the cooler. Opting for the self checkout made for this impromptu stop quick. I didn't really need this tea, but I felt like it would preoccupy me until my next stop. The lot is huge, and a bit confusing. Which I think is a thing in Winchester. There always seems to be some confusion in the Sheetz lots.
