The cart with rags and bottles of window cleaner was nowhere to be found. I moved my car to three different bays before realizing that the vacuums weren't working. I asked the cranky short-tempered woman taking money at the entrance if there were any vacuums working. She SHOUTED at me "The weather is not under my control!!!" Yeah, honey, it isn't, but if the equipment isn't working, WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME FULL PRICE?? I was so effing pissed. I will be going to Hang 10 from now on--or rinsing my car off myself.
