My experience with Simply Feet is my second experience with shoe inserts or orthotics, I was told I…read morehad Planter Fasciitis in 2013 and was able to use a basic insert that was about $50.00. In 2014 I had back surgeries that left me temporarily handicapped and created several additional problems. I have been using a walker since then and did not walk at all for 2 years. So when I was able to use my feet again I had edema very badly and my feet would no longer fit in normal shoes and was extremely painful to attempt to walk. I called the Simply Feet store and made an appointment. Anthony recognized my problem and spent an hour or so measuring and helping me find a shoe that would work for me. The plan was to find a shoe first and then do the orthotic so he ordered the shoes for me, shortly thereafter a nurse told me about a shoe that would also work I liked better, and I called Anthony and cancelled my order and proceeded with the orthotics. He spent probably 30-45 minutes casting both feet and making molds, a week or so later I met him for final fitting and trying them out and I could not believe how great they fit and felt right away. He informed me the next 2 weeks they might be painful at times as they were breaking in, and he was right. But always came back to feeling good and now almost 3 months later they are still great. These things have greatly aided my ability to do Physical Therapy and hopefully walk again. My experience with this store and its proprietor is 100% positive, this gentleman is very knowledgeable and brings back both the retail and medical experience to years ago when customer and patient were king regardless. He is a total gentleman, knowledgeable, forthright and honest. Doing business with his store was a total pleasure and nothing like most current experiences with corporate franchises and mall stores. I have and will continue to recommend this business to everyone I know, I have to say I do not do many reviews besides Amazon and when I did this one and read the couple of negative ones this business has I was suspect right away that they are even real. I say that because the experience they describe is so much different than the experience and majority of reviews. I believe this business owner would do everything in his power to right any legitimate wrong he could. So I would definitely challenge any "scam alert" or similar review.

I spent $650 on custom orthotics at this store. They are no better than the $10 ones I had bought…read moreat Walgreens. I should have done more research before this huge waste of money - biggest monetary waste of my lifetime. Not only that, but i had an appointment card showing my appointment time to receive the orthotics, but when I went to the store for my 45 minute appointment to pick them up, the owner/operator (?) was double booked and already had someone with him! The $650 orthotics weren't even made yet! from what I can piece together, he apparently spent the day making or finishing them and then right at dinner time he came to my house to deliver them personally. Instead of 45 minutes he spent only five minutes with me before rushing out, giving me no information about care and handling. I must have missed something that was supposed to have taken 49 minutes longer. I do NOT recommend this provider!!!!

I was scammed. I paid $2,175.75 for something I could have purchased in Walgreens or CVS (or Fleet…read moreFeet) for less than $100. I don't like conflict, so didn't argue with Leigh White, the salesperson in spite of knowing that her "test" was a parlor trick. I received relief from my foot and knee pain in the store--I was put on a "massage" device that relieved the pain temporarily, I should have gone home and ordered the device from Amazon (where it's available) instead of falling for the story that the arch supports were relieving my pain (which is due to arthritis and pronation). Refusing to tell a customer about the price of goods being sold in spite of being asked at least twice, point blank, should be illegal-- but it's not. The pictures are of the notice about "non-refundable" purchases that was stapled to the back of the receipt.

I first got these arch supports in Eugene, Oregon. I came into the Tucson store and received the most detailed ace texting service from a wonderful man at the stripe by the name of Rene . He had to do EVERYTHING over again ! I was so impressed with how the technology had changed in just a few years . I stood on a machine that scanned my feet, then another machine that looked at pressure points ( among other things in the soles of my feet when I walked ) . I was truly impressed with the technology ! After measuring my felt and carefully explaining everything to me with patience he put my feel on the massager.... I was so pleased with their service. I'm so glad I made the initial investment. I recommend any woman in pain over the age of 50 to stop wasting your time with stupid store bought insoles. Go to Good Feet in Tucson Arizona and take care of your feet ! Thank you Rene !

I was referred to Tony Martin Limb and Brases by the VA Amputee Clinic here in Tucson…read more My first prosthetic leg was given by Hanger and had given me a lot of trouble, that's why the VA referred me to Tony Martin. I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Tony! He is outstanding! Extremely professional, he knows precisely how to fit the protestic! My first one got to large for me so I went back to him and he contacted the VA to see about getting a new one with a device that would allow movement in the ankle. Tony had no problem with fitting me with the proper device in the prosthetic , I'm now able to move as though it is a real foot! I really love the way Tony and his wife treat me like I'm family! You don't see that in most places of business nowadays! As far as I'm concerned, Tony Martin Limb and Brases, is the Best place to go to for amputees that need the most outstanding prothtetics! Tony's Son provides the best Brases for those who require them! A one stop shop, so to speak! Tony's wife provides the best administrative services! The office is kept extremely clean also!

I had used this place for orthotics about 10 years ago and was happy, but I am not happy with my…read morerecent experience with I will detail. Bottom line I think this shop has been passed to the next generation, Tony Martin and craftsmanship and caring did not end up in his genes! Read on to follow the details. Due to an accident as a child I have a leg discrepancy. I had orthotics prescribed with a lift on one side to compensate. I took my prescription to this place and Tony Martin, Jr. forgot to order the orthotics with the lift as was prescribed. He did not recall, but then when he looked in my file at the prescription he saw that he made the mistake. He said he would fix it, so glued some cork or something to one orthotic while I was there. In the following weeks I wore the orthotics and began experiencing pain in the other leg and my hip and back. I checked and found the piece of cork or something came off and moved, and I believe caused me the pain. I went back and he again said he would take care of it. He did NOT send the orthotics back to be redone as I believe he should have, instead he fastened some sort of rubber to the orthotics and now this is causing the one side to make my foot slip forward with each step. I have already scheduled an appointment with the doctor who wrote the prescription and will tell her about my bad experience and get her help sending me somewhere else to get it done correctly! I am probably out the $350 Tony Martin, Jr. charged me, but I value my health and am willing to spend more to get properly fitting orthotics. Again, I was happy with the senior, Tony Martin that made my orthotics 10 years ago, but not with Junior. I do not typically write reviews, but am so angry about this experience am writing this review to release some of my anger and I hope it helps someone else out there. I had a bad experience at this place!
