They are very organized in this sense. Just don't make one of them mad. That's all I'm going to say. Otherwise, here are some simple but important suggestions I quickly learned: Three rules!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! STAY AWAY FROM THE DOCK! (I bet they make more money for paint chips on the Waverunners than for the rental itself! lol Trust me, they have my "paint chip" money!) Don't get rocks in the propeller or it won't go over 20 mph!! (Not fun!!!) Don't forget to put the drain plugs in BEFORE you drop it in the water!!! (I have never jumped in a lake so fast!!) Don't forget your trailer hitch!

I moved to Miltona in 2020. Never had a tune up. This year, I went out for a ride and blew a tire going too fast over train tracks. I took it to Jake's Bikes to get a new tube. He gave it a good inspection and let me know I'd need new tires. My computer never worked for me so I asked him if he could fix it. He said he'd try but said he might need to put a new one on and I agreed. I decided to have him do a full tune up and just dial it in. My tape on the handle bars was coming off so I asked him to put a new wrap on it. It took a few weeks (exactly what he quoted) and I picked it up Friday. The price was what I expected based on what he told me. He itemized all the labor and parts, which I really appreciated. He really went above and beyond. I just went for my first ride this morning. The bike is awesome. I felt like I was flying. Thank you Jake and the crew! Highly recommend.

Jake came out and in seconds it was fixed.The next day when my husband was goint to go ride,It would not even start. 1 WEEK later we recieved a bill for the ''CHAIN being put on track" IT WAS ALMOST $200.00!!!!! I was insulted,as he NEVER said that would be the cost.I was stunned when I emailed him and asked why so much He got defencive and stated he told us that is what he charges...I know that we are very cautious when we spend in a luxury.As my jusband is very economicly conservative,he would not do that without a discussion. I was very respectful and he became indignant,and said, that he was charging the fee anyways.It was so much to do a seconds work.He said the bikes are $$$$$$$ so is everything else so much because I sell $$$$$bikes.He did not care that after he left it did not even start! Really, don't you think it was common sence to just allow it to start.I spoke about my years of owning a retail store, and I was so successful becaise not only was I talented.I was never rude or dismissive to a client if they needed anything.When we sell anything thats only a small part,of having 1 sale or getting many!REFERALS ARE A RETAILERS STRONGEST TOOL IN NARKETING He ended up simply acting as if we were being needy and demanding.Stand behind the items you sell.Never argue and act justified in exploiting a vulnerable adult! Very personable fellow, who went above and beyond. I had a situation with one kid that necessitated an "emergency" trip to a convince store and he helped out with no complaints or signs of annoyance, when it clearly must have been annoying. The trek down the Pine River was beautiful and so relaxing. My kids (9 & 13) had a great time. Our whole group did. I don't know much about what else they offer but the caring service rendered, along with the great time meandering down the river, was one I'll remember for a long time.
