Do you want low pressure customer service from you buying experience? Look no further than BMVW Auto Sales. From the time we entered the lot to the time we left our experience was top notch. We had a low to no pressure walk around the lot and found the vehicle we wanted to purchase. They work closely with Capital One so I had my pre-approval done before I came in to shop and the whole buying experience was maybe half an hour. The best part was they do not add in a bunch of dealer junk fees right at the closing table, YES!! NO DEALER FEES!! Everyone in the showroom was nice and friendly. If you are unsure about an electric vehicle then you should go by and speak with Moshen first, he is very knowledgeable and will put your mind at ease with the fears you may have about owning, driving and charging your vehicle. Something I would think everyone would know is that they take different forms of payment but do not take checks, for obvious reasons with today's world of scammers. Be prepared with cash or card.

The person on the phone displayed one of the highest degrees of incompetence and reluctance to provide the most rudimentary assistance I have ever come across. I inquired about the listing of a BMW I5 that was listed as M60, which I believed to actually be an Edrive40. The associate insisted it was an M60 in a highly combative manner and only when confronted with a window sticker and a carfax report with a vin number admitted that it was an e40. He followed by saying that it didn't matter what the listing said, it was that car at that price and that was it. He proceeded saying that they only make $1000 per car and he really didn't care. I guess he couldn't comprehend the fact that an M60 is a much more expensive vehicle than e40 and the listing led to a major confusion. I asked if here was anyone else I could speak to instead and since the answer was no and his attitude was utterly insufferable, I had no choice but to end the conversation Stay away if you value professionalism and expertise. Or even the most rudimentary level of customer service. I know I will

Why do you have so many people working in your building and no one can solve our issue? 2. It's been 6 months and supposedly it's fixed and now basically y'all washed y'all hands with this situation ? Nothing has been fixed fyi. 3. How do you sell a vehicle you don't even have the title too? 4. You dare tell me that there's nothing you can do anymore it's the tags office job? When all this was cause of one job title didn't do their job right. So how is it not your problem anymore. I'm so disappointed that our family had to deal with such an issue and still be dealing with it. Now I can't drive my vehicle until the hard copy comes in. Mind you it's been roughly 6 month, that I have been driving with temporary tags. And now today it expired and they say I have to wait. So I'm supposed to stop working and figure it out? When all this could have never happened if they didn't sell a vehicle that they didn't have a title too. The owner should offer some sort of help for having to deal with what the workers were doing wrong, until everything is fixed 100%. This is insane and really annoying.

Having never owned a Lexus I was shocked how unresponsive the dealers were! Most were unwilling to talk to me or offered no flexibility or desire to make the process easy for me. Then I contacted Butler with a simple message I sent to ALL dealers, "make it easy for me and I will be there tomorrow to close the deal". Shawn from Butler contacted me via email and phone in under 15 min. His sales manager Pete also reached out. This was after closing time but he promised me first thing in morning he would send me three quotes on the three different RX I had interest in. Before 8 am on Saturday I received a text from Pete, three offers had been emailed. I looked but was ready for more of the same, low ball trade in, games or no wiggle room on MSRP. I was shocked! The best deal I had received thus far! Not only a fair price on our Bronco trade but a large discount on an RX that was a popular color. Could I have gotten a little more on trade in or off the Lexus? Probably, but I am a man of my word, make it easy for me, give me a good deal out of the gates and I won't play games with you. I believe both sides can have a good deal. So I said that I would be there Monday to close the deal. I drove 4 hours one way to buy this Lexus because of the respect I have for Shawn and Pete. I hoped for no games when I got there and I was not let down. Shawn sat us down immediately, had the paperwork ready with everything that had been promised. We were in and out in record time. They even took care of paperwork for Florida where we live. We drove the RX home and couldn't be happier despite driving 8 hours round trip. YES there are good dealers out there. It is worth driving to go to then. I cannot say enough about Shawn Rivera and Pete Staltare.

You provided a written agreement at the time of sale to repair or replace the cracked windshield and damaged front bumper, and instructed us that these repairs would be scheduled at your Smyrna location. Despite three weeks of repeated calls--more than ten attempts to your dealership and service department--we have been ignored, disconnected, or strung along with vague promises. No appointment has been scheduled. No follow-up has occurred. Further, when I attempted to register the vehicle, I was informed by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) that your dealership has failed to submit the title paperwork, making it impossible to secure a permanent registration. I contacted BMW Assist and ConnectedDrive support, only to find out that the vehicle requires a software update for these features to work properly. This is something that absolutely should have been addressed prior to the sale. I then reached out to my sales representative, who told me I could take the car to a nearby dealership to resolve the issue. However, when I arrived at a local dealership for the software update, I was informed that the update would cost $450 and take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I just purchased this vehicle, and now I'm being asked to pay out of pocket and spend half a day fixing something that should have been fully operational before I ever drove it off the lot. To make matters worse, the dealership I purchased the vehicle from is over an hour away, and I had already made two separate trips there within a 4-day span during the negotiation and purchase process. After that time investment, I expected the car to be fully ready and all features operational at delivery. After playing phone tag with the dealership I purchased from for the past week, I was repeatedly told I would receive a call back the next day. It has now been three days with no follow-up at all. When I finally did get information, I was told that Comfort Access is actually a separate feature and that my X3 does not include it--something that was never clearly communicated during the sales process. I was also told that Amazon Alexa was a feature I could use, but that it expires at the end of this month, which is surprising as I've never encountered that with previous BMWs. Even more frustrating, after getting home and attempting setup, Alexa does not appear as an installed app in the vehicle at all and the dealership has informed that I will need to bring the X3 back in for them to do further updates. To add further context, this is my sixth BMW, and by far the worst experience and level of service I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. This experience has left a very negative impression. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer experience, this level of oversight, lack of transparency, and poor follow-up is disappointing. Buyers should not have to deal with additional costs, unclear feature availability, and lack of communication immediately after purchase just to have basic advertised features working.

He told me the problems and cost of the major issues I brought it in for. I decided not to go with one of my issues because the price was ridiculous for that little repair. He made sure I was comfortable during my wait and he kept me updated along the process. When I finally went to pick up my car after they said it was ready I had to wait 30+ minutes as they only had one sales rep and when I got in the car the seat had a smudge and still had tags in it. Unfortunately, for me, I had a medical event that prevented me from driving at the time however they allowed me to keep the vehicle there for about a week until I I was medically cleared to pick it up. I also had to utilize help from friends during this time of purchase and they were just as gracious to them. It has been over 20 years since I have bought a new vehicle and coming in dealing with a medical event that I previously had had was going to be challenging but diverse for itself especially Aramis and Bill were the ultimate professionals and I would definitely go back to them or wherever they go to get my next vehicle. Also, when I purchased the vehicle, my neighbor noticed a rubber piece was coming up as a vehicle was preowned. I took it back within two weeks of purchase and they corrected the issue which needed a new piece and I was able to get the new piece at no charge. The ads for the truck stated that the truck had 7 miles on it, but when I got t here I found out that it had 3,499 miles on it. I had communicated with them verbally, via text, and email prior to making the 2.5 hour trip down there. They never mentioned that the truck was part of the Ford Courtesy Transportation Program (FCTP) or that it had 3,400 miles on it. After negotiating I ended up agreeing to purchase the vehicle. One of the big selling points that was stated multiple times by both the salesman (Okon) and the sales manager (Curtis) was that it would have a full warranty that started that day and would be adjusted for the current mileage. Later, when setting up the Ford app and registering on the Ford Support website, I found out that Ford Motor Company showed the warranty start date as July 26, 2025. As you might expect, I was not happy about that and contacted Ford customer service and stivers ford south. See the attached image for a summary of all the times I contacted someone at Ford or at Stivers. They continuously claimed that it was just a paperwork error and that they were working with Ford Motor Company to straighten it out. But In the end it became obvious that it was not something that could be fixed. I verified that fact with Ford Support and via extensive research. So in the end, either the salesperson, two sales managers, and the general sales manager were were either woefully ignorant of the warranty process or they intentionally mislead me. And surely after all the calls and discussion they would have found out the facts and yet they continued to claim that they were working on it. I don't know if they are just not very smart or they were not being honest about it. In either case I would never have purchased the truck if I had known the truth. I learned a hard lesson, never trust a dealership or their employees, never leave without everything in writing, and never, never step foot in stivers ford south.
