They are a so so Audi service shop. They claim they did a service update but it took two months before, Audi received the completed update data from Audi South Atlanta. When we went to Audi North Atlanta they have five time more service people and before I leave the dealership they show me where Audi has received the updated completion data package and our car info was updated in Audi system. A world of diffence in the service you get at the Audi south side dealership than the North side dealership. It took de 91 minute minutes to drive to the northern dealership each way but it still did not take the five days for the south side to to try and do the update plus two months to get it uploaded to Audi. I just purchased my first online car. It is a used 2022 Audi EtronGT from Audi of South Atlanta and I am based in Los Angeles, CA. Sean Bishop was extremely helpful and accommodating. Service department could use improvements on communication standards. Friendly staff but communication was sub par for sure. For a standard 100k service I was told "3-4" days that my car would be there. At day 7 I had to call daily to get some communication on its progress, only to be told it's "it's been assigned to a technician, we'll have someone call you back". 11 days later I received my car and was told "oh and you have an oil leak" lol. After further investigation they found my piece butttttt the third party they use for glass wasn't able to do my window until the next day. Recently took my car here for service due to a CEL being on with a code p0333 (high input on knock sensor circuit). the car was dropped off around lunch on a Thursday and i was told ruffly 3 days for diagnosis. the very next day i received a call stating that a technician had looked at my car and quoted a repair. I was told that i needed a full $40k engine replacement. when i asked how they came to the conclusion that i needed a full engine replacement i was told that because the code was set in the car that meant my engine was knocking. but if you listen to the car it has no unusual knocking sounds coming from the engine area. i took it upon myself to go to the service department myself and try to get answers. i was met with the same answer to the my question... because the code in the computer saying there is high input that means the engine is going bad and needs to be replaced with no other proof than what the code says. i began asking if they had gotten any pictures of internal damage to the engine or maybe pulled an oil sample to find any metal contaminates. i even asked if they had checked the sensor and related wiring for damage being that it was a circuit code and nothing. they continued to push a full engine replacement. i paid $225 for them to try and take me for $40k without any definitive proof that i needed an engine. $225 for a diagnostic that was not even a diagnostic i still have no clue what is wrong with my car now must take it to another shop to try and solve the problem. i would not suggest using this service department for repairs. at very least get a second opinion before approving any work they suggest. read more

On January 25th, 2025 I purchased a used car from Audi of South Atlanta.  Before writing this complaint , I tried working with Audi just to be ignored by the manager.  He responded to my initial email but has yet to respond to my follow up email and answer my questions. When purchasing my  vehicle from Audi of South Atlanta an additional $1,000 was add to the purchase price. This was for a ceramic protection, that I was told could not be taken of since it was already added to the car. If that is the case that cost should have been added to the advertised price.  This to me was an unethical bait and switch tactic.  Also, the advertisement states that the $799 dealer fee is added to the advertised price but it was also added to the final price.  I have asked twice why this was added again, but no one ever provided an explanation.  In summary,  based on my experience, Audi of South Atlanta is not trustworthy.  I would like Audi of South Atlanta to reimburse me for these fraudulent charges. read more

I scheduled an appointment to have my wife's front driver's tire inspected on her 2023 q7 since the pressure dropped two nights in a row to 20lbs. Audi South Atlanta told me they found no issue with the tire and I need to take it to a tire shop for further investigation. Within 10 seconds, the tire shop spotted a nail in the tire. Unbeknownst to me, Audi South Atlanta told my wife she needed a wheel alignment. I feel like they never looked at the tire and performed an upsell out of greed. This is by far the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in and have a diagnostic completed on 3/9. It is now an entire fours weeks later and despite being told I had a 9am appointment I still have not heard anything back about a simple diagnostic. I've called me service tech at least twice a week for the past two weeks and I keep being told the same thing over and over. "They are trying to expedite it" they can't complete a diagnostic in over four weeks?! This is ridiculous. I'm so disappointed in this location. I'm on my second purchase with them and completely regret buying the second car. The service department is disappointing. This second car has given me nothing but problems; there are issues with the sensors almost weekly. The engine light started flashing the other day. I came and was turned away. To be fair, I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. Before leaving, I was given the number for roadside assistance and was sent on my way. No offer to leave the vehicle to be checked when they have a chance; no offer to stutle home; no regard for safety. My Audi A4 that was purchased in March of 2020 battery died. I sent it to Audi of Dallas. They confirmed a vehicle tracker was placed on my vehicle which killed the battery and could have damaged other parts of my vehicle due to how it was installed. The battery has a 6-7 year life span. They reported that it didn't appear professionally done. I called Audi of South Atlanta at 1615 on 26 April 2022, where I spoke with Viktor. He spoke with someone and they confirmed they used tracking devices on loaner cars. My car was a certified pre-owned car that was once a loaner. I then called and spoke to Lea at Audi of America after being on hold for almost 2 hours. She stated she would follow up with Audi South Atlanta and Audi Dallas. Also on the 26th, I spoke with Kyle from Dallas that confirmed the tracking device depleted the battery. I followed up with Audi of America the next day and spoke with Melody. She confirmed they had not heard back as yet from Audi of South Atlanta but they heard back from Audi Dallas. I was responsible for the replacement of the battery and labor at this point to retrieve my vehicle from Audi Dallas. On May 11, 2022, Randy from Audi of America called and stated that Audi of America was not responsible for workmanship error of the dealership. Audi of South Atlanta never reached out to me as they were supposed to as per Audi of America. If you're really wanting an Audi consider one of the many other dealerships in Atlanta and if you're considering just a German car, Mercedes and BMW of America has better customer service. read more

I called and scheduled an appointment with the Audi Service Dept and service rep Tony said the issue could be fixed and sent me to scheduling to get my Emission issue addressed and the scheduler took my VIN data which showed it was a 2005 Audi A4. When I arrived in my vehicle, I asked for Tony and he said, "You did not tell me that your car was that old; wwe do not operate on any vehicle older than 2013." Then I was assisted out of the service department and sent away. This let me know that Audi South Atlanta Audi team can only work on Audi's within a 10 year window, which says a lot about Audi and its competency and belief in their vehicles longevity. I called the service manager Shane and alerted him that I was contacting Audi USA and I have yet to receive a response from him, but Audi USA did call me back and apologized profusely and referred me to other more competent Audi Dealerships. I would never support or refer anyone to Audi South Atlanta, because if they cannot work on Audi beyond a 10 year date, it makes it seem as Audi's are only good for 10 years then you as a customer are S-O-L! I have owned the following vehicles and none of them have ever said that that have a 10 year window of service that we can operate and fix: Mercedes, Cadillac, Infiniti, Buick, Toyota, Honda, and Jeep. This is a BAD Blemish on all Audi's and worse for Audi South Atlanta. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and this was by far the WORST experience with Trevor Glover!! All I got were lies from Trevor. I heard a scrubbing under my car when you would turn the wheel. Trevor told me that it was because of the new tires. After a week of continuous scrubbing when I back up and turn to the right I took it back to the dealership and was told it was something I must have done... REALLY!!! Trevor just stood there as though he didn't know what I was talking about. They said according to their checklist the service department had checked all of that with their system checks. This job would them cost me 600$ to get fixed!! I could go on because I'm not even gonna go through it because the motor has just went out in my back window. They fixed it though because of my CPO. DO NOT GO TO Audi SOUTH ATLANTA because once you drive off they are very forgetful and not really helpful at all. BTW the entire time he tried to knock CARMAX while selling me my car, but all my previous cars have come from CARMAX and I NEVER had an issue with customer service or the cars. Since I purchased this vehicle 2 1/2 weeks ago, every single experience I have had with the dealership has been negative. The car was new to the lot and had not been certified yet so after purchase on a Saturday, I was told it would be delivered on Monday. The delivery kept getting delayed and wasn't delivered until Wednesday. No big deal but not what I was expecting. In addition, I was owed a second key since they didn't have one with the car and that was being ordered. I was told I would need to have the $27K check from my credit union to give to Sandra when my car was delivered. Since she didn't deliver the car, I gave it to one of the young men who did deliver it. Unfortunately, a week later, I was notified that the Finance Manager, Richard, never received the check and couldn't find it. That involved 2 hours of my time and 2 visits to my credit union to replace. I called Rich and left him a message to give him an update on the reissued check twice and never heard back from him, I had to call Sandra who had Rich call me. When he did, I was informed he didn't listen to his office voicemail but only used his cell phone. Great. He didn't mention that when he called and I didn't think to take note of the number he called on. Besides, wasn't it his responsibility to get in touch with ME. Rich planned to have someone come get the check so I asked that he deliver the key that was owed. It had been 2 weeks and no one had gotten back to me about the status of the ordered key. Getting the key would require that the dealership get my car and program the key with the one I already had so they sent someone to pick up my car and give me a loaner. Getting a loaner involved 3 phone calls from service and a bunch of paperwork while I was trying to work. Part of the paperwork requested was proof of insurance and a copy of my driver's license that was already of file from my purchase. When the young man came to get the car he also had no idea that he was to pick up a $27K check. He wasn't even sure what to do with it so I had to inform him to drop if off to Richard in Finance or Sandra. I then called Richard to tell him who I gave the check to. That was this past Friday June 1st. When my car was taken to program a key, I assumed it was a one day thing. No one communicated about when I would get my car back. I tried leaving a message with Josh Owens asking him to call so I would know when to expect someone to deliver the car as I was out most of the day on Saturday and needed to coordinate. No return call. Saturday, my husband took over while I was out and he eventually got in touch with Sandra, who said i wouldn't get the car until Wednesday since they didn't actually have the key. Then why would someone be sent to get the car if there was no key? And why was there no key when it was promised to me over 2 weeks before? It wasn't to retrieve the check, because apparently the people coordinating service and delivery of the car didn't even know about the check. Fast forward to today. I got a call around 9:30 am from Sandra saying they were ready to deliver my car (a day earlier that anticipated even!). I explained my time frame and she said she would send them first thing. At lunchtime, no car, no call. I had an opportunity to have lunch with my husband for his birthday today and I couldn't because I was waiting on the car. Now it is late in the day. I called the dealership multiple times to reach ANYONE who can take care of getting my car delivered. I have left multiple messages and the woman who answered the phone could not get even ONE person to speak with me. Nice car but take your business somewhere else. read more

DISHONEST DEALER - I purchased a '15 Yukon from this dealer in November '19. I should have recognized a dishonest sales staff when I found a broken bumper clip that had been glued back on. Clearly a past accident the dealer did not disclose. I bought the truck anyway. As the weather has warmed up, the AC was blowing hot air. The service department is wonderful! Scott was simply amazing. Accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was so happy I brought my car to him. Even though he had to give me bad news about my car repairs he still made sure I was taken care off and had a loaner vehicle ready within 5 min. He kept keeping me informed and I could tell he truly cared about me and my well being. 5 stars for the service department. Now the sales department is a whole other story. I feel like I was stereotyped, because I had a budget and the women helping me was not remotely interested in helping me find a car. After I found out about my repair cost from my old vehicle I considered to just get an appraisal as a trade and possibly purchase a pre owned vehicle right then and there. After waiting for an additional 2 hours at the dealership I had no appraisal nor had anyone bothered to show me any pre owned inventory. I was just ignored in the waiting area. I drove my car in to this place September 18 again after returning my car here numerous times before in 2022 for same reason check engine light I paid for repairs. They did diagnostic test which went from $179 to $591. I asked for scan report and called Audi USA. Audi USA agree to cover parts however Audi South refuse to work with me on Labor costs. Why I asked this of Audi, I spent about $4k last year for same issue check engine light. After three weeks going back and forth with Audi South and asked to speak with managers and left them vm no response. On October 12, the service advisor Alexis called me abruptly and unprofessional to come and pick up my car, assuming Audi USA informed them Im requesting to take care elsewhere. I get there and ask for service director James Hall, Alexis says, "he is not here". I said "so no manager is here???" with disbelief because when I called day before one of advisors said James will be in next day. Alexis replied, "No" again. So she goes to back garage where my car is at comes back out and says "you have to pick up car tomorrow mechanic putting car back together." I asked her why my car taken apart I only approved for diagnostic test. So, I asked her why she call abruptly for me to come pick up my car. At this point, I'm livid, I said I'm calling police. She says "hold on give them 2 hours". Then she brings invoice for me to pay diagnostic test, I said the only way I'm paying if it comes with report. She then says, I cannot get report and then says " we will not release your car until you pay". I called police and when they arrived I explain, "I have no problem paying for test, I just want the scan or diagnostic report". Alexis, then tells police she will print out, she goes and do a screenshot or snippet of three lines of the report and added it to the invoice. I told police " this is not a scan or diagnostic report. So the policeman walk down the hall to an office, where him and a guy was talking. As I was walking up, I can here the man telling police she can't get that". I asked the man the police was talking to,"excuse Me, who are we talking to " ?? , he goes, "James Hall" . I said, " the service director??"", he says yes. I said"I've been leaving you and Bruce a vm and I receive no return call"!! He looks and unapologetic says nothing, then proceeded to say "they are unable to pull up any of scan reports from computer". The insult of my intelligence. At this point, I wanted to hurry up and get my car from out of there with all the lies. I walked down and waited for them to bring my car out. Now here, is the injury on top of insult. They brought my car out with all kinds of warnings lights flashing on my dashboard, which is now more lights on my dashboard in a worse condition which was not there before which seems like they threw my car together, being petty. The car barely made it down the street and shut down completely. I also noticed the door on the front passenger side will not shut correctly. I am so disgusted of what was done to my car and my treatment at Audi South, which I now feel like this is discrimination. This was the only dealership I was bringing my car and spent well over $10k since 2020. The service director could of had the defency to come out and speak to a valued customer, this place has no customer service. I took my 2019 Audi A6 in for a presense light. It was diagnosed with one code, approved it, then another code, approved that service then another code popped up and ended up having to pay for that, all to the tune of $3300.00. When I picked up the vehicle it looked as of it had been sitting out for several days, of course which is neither here nor there, fast forward to today. Had to bring it back 2 days later because the trunk latch would not open with the key fob, inside latch or manually. Also we reported that the back seat belts were not retracting and that he had never seen anything like it. I was told by my advisor Tony Lovins, that this was not something they did. I proceeded to try to explain how we discovered these issues and how the car was returned to us. Tony Lovins talked over me and continued to say that these issues were not something that had been done in the service department. I was humiliated to say the least with how I was spoken to. He was very rude. I have never experienced such behavior at a dealership. What happened to customer service and politeness. It appears that this type of behavior by the staff there is normal. I had my Q5 in for servicIng to replace my water pump, the service manager Tim Brooks stated I was correct that it did need to be replace along with an upper cam cover reseal costing $2400 for just parts. I asked I'm just needing water pump in which I was quoted for parts estimated $450 plus labor less than $1000. due to my questions my service manager Tim, got upset and started acting very unprofessional. I then told him I only wanted the water pump completed he told me he could not do this because i'm asking for a short cut, so then I stated please send me an itemized list of parts and labor. he called me back to apologize, the next day I called and declined all services except for diagnostics, I go to pay for my car it is returned to me without the complimentary carwash and vacuum of interior which is displayed all over the several copies of paperwork. I then ask what happened with the car wash/vacuum per paperwork, Tim states we don't normally do that service for diagnostics, yet paperwork states this. He then says to assistant to provide me with car wash but I will have to wait due to two cars ahead of mine, hmm should have this been completed prior to my pickup. All Audi dealerships are not the same. I went to get an oil change. For service, there is only one way into the garage- and a car (I assume was not getting serviced bc it was a Chrysler van) was blocking the entrance. I sat there for about 5 mins and backed up. I parked and went inside. I had an appointment- I left about 5 hours later. Mind you, I went in for an oil change. The two positive experiences were they honored a coupon I forgot and if I checked in I would get a $10 Starbucks card. The coupon was good for an $89 oil change. But the guy who checked me on said there was an extra $40 charge to reset my computer. I really hope they are not telling women that! I've had a VW for years and my Audi almost two- I've never heard of them charging extra to reset my service light!! When I threatened to go to another dealer (I was absolutely about to go to Peachtree Industrial) he said he would not charge me for it. The guy who checked me in told me it was gonna be another 45 mins or so- that was around 12:30. An hour later I cannot find the guy! I guess they got backed up fixing the recall on my car. I went to ask for help and they were very responsive. I believe I spoke with the finance manager? Or the guy with the biggest office- he was very helpful! There was also a lady there and she was very nice. Also, the waiting area was very small. There was no baby changing table in the ladies room and no place to nurse. Had it not been for the two people who helped me, I would have rated it much lower. If they are remodeling, I hope they include a larger waiting area and somewhere for moms to nurse. read more
