During our inspection, they: -Missed the secondary sewer access line which necessitated re-inspection from another provider and a delay with the seller, who immediately found the secondary access. X2 later refunded the original sewer inspection fee. -Frequently said "I think I'm forgetting something" while walking us through the house and was just relying on memory - didn't have any notes to reference -Could not answer many of our basic questions about things like the HVAC; referred us to the current homeowners ("you should ask them how it works") -Could not tell us anything about the internal brick wall (i.e., any indication of whether it was load bearing) -Put us on spam email lists, like s24alarms, without asking permission -Handed us a big pack of sponsored spammy advertisements at the end of the inspection. I paid thousands of dollars for this inspection, it should come ad-free. -The inspection report was dense with generic drivel - it was clearly mostly automatically generated, and I had to sift through it to find useful insight We used a different inspector on our previous house and their service was in every way superior to X2.
