Jerry is the best!!! I bought my home earlier this year (2017) and it was my first home. He made me feel completely comfortable while doing the inspection. He explained everything he was doing and even wrote up a super detailed report with pictures of everything he found in the home that needed to be addressed. Especially the things that were in need of immediate attention. At times, I felt as if I should be writing notes as he was telling me things about the inspection and he assured me that everything would be in the report, and it was! The report was complete and thorough. I actually had Jerry inspect two of my homes. The first home sale fell through after inspection. Jerry exceeded our expectations with his home inspection. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and walked us through all of his findings. There were some additional services available (i.e., radon, air quality, and under ground pipes). We initially opted for all of them and he was very honest that 2 of them he did not think were needed but he would be happy to go with whatever we decided. We went with 2 out of the 3 of them. The inspection at my home was more of a "light" inspection, or consultation, in order to go over what things may need to be fixed on my home prior to putting it on the market.
