I called Timm's TV & Appliance Sales to inquire about fixing an over-the-range microwave that was dead. Their service-call rate was reasonable so I scheduled a home repair for the next day. The business provided advance notice (as mentioned when scheduling the appointment) that the repairmen would be arriving soon, and they indeed arrived around the estimated scheduled time. The repairmen were able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and make the necessary repairs. They checked the microwave for proper operation and also explained what was broken and showed me the defective part. The cost for the service call and the replacement parts was very reasonable...excellent service and repair, thanks!
