All of the employees have been friendly and pleasant. Also I'd like to say they double up at the register when necessary, as this speeds up lines. They were incredibly kind, helped me immediately, and swapped out my damaged tire for the spare faster than I thought was possible--all at no charge. I asked to be transferred to whoever was on site, and she said she couldn't do that. The receptionist was extremely polite, but didn't have the information to be helpful. After reading another review about the mechanic trying to trick the customer into an unnecessary brake job after an inspection, I'm going somewhere else.
