We were so impressed at the patience that the nail technician had, (being short staffed and being the only one to do nails), she was nice, we didn't feel rushed, she didn't let things that were out of her control, ruin the amazing time we had, getting our nails done. Came here last month for a pedicure and hair cut. I was suprised they were able to get me in fairly quickly. The cut was great! The layers were a little shorter than I would've liked, but overall I was pleased. The pedi was okay. I felt like they didn't clean my toes as well as they could've. The gal doing my nails was friendly but didn't talk to me much. I made conversation with the lady in the chair next to me instead. I'm sure I'll be back. read more

I've been here twice and both times I've been overcharged. The first time I got a pedicure and asked for just a normal pedicure, and they charged me $40 for the "deluxe" pedicure, but I also, only received the normal pedicure. The second time I got my a full set and I just wanted born acrylic nails, and they charged me for a solar set. I don't think it was solar though, but I'm not sure of the difference. Definitely just not worth going there and getting over charged. The first time I asked for my money back, Hannah said "let me give you a gift certificate".... Why would someone want a gift certificate for something that's over charged everyone... Won't be going back. read more

Also, when I went to get my nails done the lady was very very rude and some of the acrylic tips didn't even fit all the way across the tip of my nail! Went in for the first time today to get a cut and fix my color that I did myself a few months ago. I have red hair, which isn't fun to color. Hannah did my hair, and I LOVE it. Hannahs is the best place for top quality hair extensions at the best price anywhere I've found. She has a quick method for A++ human hair attachment that I've found is easy on my own hair and easy for me to manage. I'm only in the salon for about 30 minutes and my hair stays on till I'm ready to re-color it and then have it re-attached, usually about 4-6 weeks. This hair is good for multiple re-attachings. I love my beautiful thick real hair. No one can tell they're extensions! read more

I had my hair cut here twice first time by Shilo. She was good. Yesterday I had it cut by the owner. She ruined my hair. She gave me short layers. It looks like and eighties style cut. She barely asked me what I wanted. I only wanted a trim. I told her barely 1/4 inch. And my bangs a little more. I thought maybe it was just how she styled it and went home to try and fix it myself. I have been in tears ever since. I grew my hair out for two years and now this. I'm probably going to have to cut it again to get it to look halfway good. I will be going by to demand my money back. read more

I stopped in on a whim to see if I could get a haircut. They fit me right in. I was surprised they didn't wash my hair first, just spritzed it to wet it. Very fast cut, and I was very happy with it. The price was really low. I figured I'd found my new stylist. But over the next few days I noticed I had split ends everywhere! That is a problem I haven't seen in years. As I kept seeing more and more split ends, I Googled it to see if cutting dry hair can cause split ends, and found out there is no problem with cutting dry hair, but dull scissors can cause split ends. This place is awful! My daughter and I went for pedicures. Nail techs acted like they would rather be any place else than there. The lady doing my daughter's toes was rude. We just wanted a basic pedicure. For some reason they decided to give us the deluxe. When we told them for a second time that we wanted just the basic pedicure, we were told it was a special. Ha! Came in to get acrylics for my school dance last weekend. After asking for acrylics multiple times, the nail lady started to paint my nails and then acted rude when I told her I had wanted acrylics. So she kept painting them and an hour after I left they started chipping and the layers of polish separated, making them look horrible. I also paid $16 for something I could have done better myself. So I'm from out of town and went to get my nails filed. I went into the wrong place and the they kept saying how good it was I came in there because it was cleaner then most. So I felt reassured. But when the manicure actually started my lady wasn't paying any attention, was on the phone so then she kept cutting my hand with the drill (which has never happened anywhere else). They put stuff on my hand which all of my fingers started to burn really bad. Like really really bad so when I told her she said it's just part of the process but that's never happened anywhere else either. She only put one coat on one of my hands and when I told her she didn't fix it. So when it was all done I was pretty pissed and my nails looked like complete crap. Find somewhere better. read more

I am relatively new to the area & hadn't had a pedicure in awhile, so I was very excited to finally get a little pampering. That idea was soon dashed as I was escorted to a broken chair, & when I asked the man to scrape the dead skin off of my heals, he informed that no, that's what the purple sponge was for. The whole thing was over & done with in all of 30 minutes. I would rather go to the beauty school & pay $9.95 & give them a $10.00 tip than go back to Hannah's. read more
