I had them come out for a service call to fix my furnace. It was a simple fix and the work was completed inside the minimum half hour you pay for a service call. I also had them fix my glitchy radio system in the left over time remaining. I bought a "curved leveler" from the parts store. Now I can level my camper from side to side and have the bathtub drain completely.

Steve was great at setting the purchase up over the phone, getting paperwork started, leading me through the overall process (both on the phone and in person), and asking for a reasonable down payment. He was good at calmly answering all my questions prior to pickup, which was a bit more convoluted than usual due to this Covid thing. On the day of pickup he explained everything, walking me through the unit and showing me the various features and how to use all the appliances. Arthur got the hitch set up and answered my many questions (I had never towed a large trailer before), and Benny was helpful upfront with purchasing a few accessories I wanted. I don't know what some people are talking about saying accessories here are super expensive. I didn't find that to be the case at all. Same prices I've seen elsewhere. I got what I consider to be a real good/fair price here, and all the employees were straight up and real helpful. This is the kind of place I like doing business with. I felt good about the whole process which, I am sure many of you would agree, isn't common in today's world. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or purchase another unit from them (although I hope that won't be the case!)
